Breakfast was hot and the breakfast area was kept clean. Morning staff was very friendly and helpful! We had our twin baby girls with us, and staff made sure highchairs were clean for them to use! Location of the building was great for us. The wedding was only a 20-minute drive and reception with just 10 minutes away. And lot of shopping pretty close to the hotel.

I can't say there was really anything we didn't like about the hotel. I would recommend maybe getting a few more highchairs for the dining area because the first morning we had to wait for highchairs to open up for our 8 month olds to eat due to you only having 2 on site.

Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable for myself and my kids. Breakfast was good and there was a good selection. Especially loved the later checkout time!

Pool was small and a little chilly. There was a large group of teens who came in to the pool 30min after we got there. I injured my back when having to quick grab by 5yr old to prevent her from being hit in the pool by a bigger kid. I'm usually a pretty easy going person, but these kids doing cannon balls in a tiny pool and being disrespectful really ticked me off. The only reason I paid extra to stay at this hotel was because of the pool.

This hotel is absolutely amazing and exceeded all expectations! The breakfast was great!! All of the options I could ever want. Classic and chocolate waffle mix, all of the additional items, such as pecans, whipped cream, chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc, for the waffles. Hard boiled eggs wrapped individually, biscuits and gravy, eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, cereal. The hotel is CLEAN and modern!! It has modern decor, beautiful bathrooms, a nice fitness center, nice pool (with a little shower to rinse off), towels stocked (big and small), bathrooms inside the pool area, central air, comfy sheets, gorgeous setup, and friendly staff. Even the elevators are top notch! Little details here and there made it pop more, like the selfie dog banner on the elevator door, the welcome sign on each door with a picture, a complimentary bag at check in (chips and cookies), toiletries, such as a shower cap, mouthwash, q tips, cotton balls in the bathroom. There is a planet fitness, Aldi, Henry Ford medical, all within the same lot. All stores and anything needed within minutes. We have recommended this hotel, and will always recommend it. We will definitely stay again if in the area! The towel on the floor is from my daughter dropping it, not from the hotel staff. Everything is as clean as can be!

The room was very clean and well appointed; the beds were very comfortable; there were sufficient towels for a multi-night stay, so with the cleaning every multiple days, this met our needs. The complimentary breakfast offering was very good and the egg and meat options varied from day to day. There were a lot of different options for vegetarians as well. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was good, there could be more choices of fruits: there were only 2 fingers of ripe bananas & 2 oranges. There was a lady from the kitchen refilling the food containers, she was polite - she told us “good morning “. In the dining area was quite spacious with very high ceilings. Inside the building was smelling very fresh and clean - I would love to know the scent of that air refresher, omg, it smelled good. Checking in & checking out was a breeze, and the guy was very polite. On checking in we were given a plastic bag with 2 bottles of water, a pack of Oreo cookies & a granola bar - I loved that. The hotel was within reach of Restaurants, Costco, Aldi’s supermarket, Menards, and so much more I don’t have the time.

A little more fruit selection, like apples, and grapes, more ripe bananas and oranges. The orange juice didn’t taste like 100% juice like the container said - it was very sweet and watery.

Breakfast was okay. Omelets were a bit dry. Waffles were very good. It was great to have coffee always available in the lobby. Staff were helpful. Rooms and common areas were very clean.

We asked for our room to be cleaned, but it was not done on the day of our request. It was finally cleaned when we asked a second time.

Very friendly staff willing to jump in and help. Jason the front desk staff helped me get an earlier check in after a client meeting changed. Another day two employees were working on something by the breakfast area and noticed I was waiting at the front desk and quickly came up and asked how they could me. The building was very well kept and the room was cozy, modern and spacious.

The shower water pressure could have been a little more powerful but it was a really nice bathroom area overall.

Very clean and everything was set up for the guest! A lot of thought went into the design of the rooms and it showed - really a pleasure to stay there. Breakfast until 10 AM (vs 9 AM) was a real plus for us as leisure travelers. Staff were outstanding - thanks to Adam and the desk manager for making us feel so welcome - also the lady who was responsible for the third floor on Sunday was ever so helpful. Nice laundry room, good WiFi and great breakfast! Thanks for a great stay!!!

the property was great! it was only 3 miles from the concert venue we attended an all day show at, traveling from across state they allowed us to check in a couple hours early so we didn’t have to check in late after we got back from our concert. the room was very nice and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

there was nothing that really stuck out to me at all that was bad.. the coffee was ehhhh.. but I’m a coffee snob so to speak and I don’t hold high expectations to hotel or gas station coffee lol

The whole hotel was immaculately clean and well appointed. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet with lots of choices of hot food, make your own waffles, and many other items. The indoor pool was pretty small, but very nice and open late. Staff were super helpful and attentive. Even the in-room toiletries were really nice
