The staff was very good but I thought the place could be a lot cleaner. There was mold in the bathroom and read below

The bathroom sink plugged up had to ask for a new phone alarm clock in the room. Had to ask for a coffee pot. The electrical sockets in the kitchen did not work

Great location to pine knob Uber ride was like $30 I’ve stayed at places double this price that wasn’t good. Definitely returning when I’m in the area

Only thing I was told no was when I asked for ice in the morning for my coffee

Trash can under the kitchen sink smelled before we had even threw out any garbage. Pretty sure it wasn't emptied between room usages. Unfortunate timing during our stay where the property had plumbing work being done where water would be shut off between 9am-3pm. We had to adjust our schedule to compensate for not being able to use water at the property during them hours.

Room is nice, king bed was comfortable and clean. Love the kitchen area With the big refrigerator and dining area. Bath tub and shower was very refreshing. Room equipped with a couple nice chairs to sit in. Nice tv with great channel selection.

Extended Stay America - Auburn Hills is a great choice if you need a weekend get away or a place to stay for a few months. The rooms are spacious and have a full size refrigerator as well as two hot plates for cooking if need be. There is an ironing board and iron in the room as well. The rooms and hotel overall were quiet and noise from the street came into the room. The biggest point for me, the staff each and every person I met was very friendly. More than that I was able to check into the room an hour and a half early on cery short notice -- a BIG thank you to Extended Stay America for that.

Overall the room was clean, however, there were some spots that were missed nothing overly unpleasant. In addition to that being an extended stay property it would have been nice to see some of the basics in the room itself, a coffee pot and a couple of mugs, just a basic hotel lay out with a glass for drinking water would have been great. In the era of COVID19 paper or even disposable plastic could have been a nice option if there were health concerns. Again not enough of an issue to make me think twice about staying at Extended Stay America - Auburn Hills again.

Facilities need some update. Understaffed

The location was excellent and the front desk ladies were exceptional

I think the only thing I would say is the side exit door didn't close properly and the floors could use a mopping

Tub could of been cleaner When I checked in the lady was supposed to come to the room and check it at the counter who checked me in and never dead

Was close to the mall we were wanting to go to, had comfortable bedding, and nice kitchenette

Limited WiFi, staff was so-so. Nice enough, just seemed to kind of want to get people checked in though, and get back to hanging out.

The staff was wonderful. The facility was quiet and clean. The rooms were large.
