Best Western Executive Inn

The coffee!! Ohmigosh it was the BEST coffee. Usually hotel coffee is just so so, but this was amazing. I even asked the front desk agent (I think his name was Josh) what kind it was. We drank it pretty much all day long. 😊

Our room was clean and beds were comfy but there were big spider/cobwebs on the ceiling above where the TV is. I have a fear of spiders so I had to do a check and re-check to make sure there weren't any that I could see. I didn't see any so everything was OK.

The staff here is very friendly. They are very helpful and it like visiting a home away from home. Even though the room is small. It’s very clean and have everything you need. The pool area is nice too.

The tv could have been a bit bigger.

Breakfast was ok. Nothing Special. The Server was great though.

Pool was cold, My Bath Towel was torn up/ shredded, Bathroom tub needs TLC. Washer was broken.

Very happy with my stay. I was in town for my mother's funeral. I got a good night's sleep and appreciated the breakfast and friendly staff.

Very friendly staff. My TV wouldn't work and they tried their hardest to fix the problem but it was late and nothing was working.

When I took a shower the bathtub was filling up instead of draining. The drain plug was open.

Each of the ladies that worked at the front desk was exceptional friendly upon & during my stay, (sorry I didn't get their names) and they were very helpful in answering my questions and giving me suggestions. The location is conveniently located near a lot of stores and restaurants which was great. I love that they were next to Culvers which was so delicious & that that was my place to eat and try most of what was on the menu 😆. I would make this hotel my choice of stay when coming back to Battle Creek. Also, the housekeeping team was awesome in ensuring that the hotel was clean. Thank You ALL for allowing my stay to be an Enjoyable one.

During my stay, my only issue was that the heater wasn't working properly when I came back late in the evening and because I was in and out of my room, I did not inform the front desk until my departure date. Which shortly after my check out, the front desk clerk had someone there to check out the issue.

The room was clean and comfortable. The managers were very attentive to my needs. The property is close to where I am working.

Location, cleanliness, price and comfort were great. Breakfast wasn't fancy but it was good. Staff was great also and friendly.

Only reason for the 8 instead of a 10 was because the pool facility was closed.

Wish the bed was alittke more comfortable .but it was still a nice stay
