The room was huge and very clean! Very comfortable king bed!

Impressed with the large modern bathroom until I took a shower....the half glass wall did nothing to stop water from going ALL over the bathroom floor! And I was looking forward to using the wall-mounted body wash dispenser only to find it EMPTY -- after I had stepped under the spray!

Beautiful building interior & exterior, stylish lounge & bar area. Rooms are spacious, comfortable bed & loveseat. Really appreciate the grab bars in the shower.

Description includes a microwave & mini fridge in the room, however there’s never a microwave in the room. Not sure why?

The staff was great and the room was awesome. I got the king room with the pullout couch. They also had a couple wedding parties there so the ladie that Checked me in gave me the room that was far away from the two wedding parties. Which was very nice, because I didn't hear no one being loud and it was nice and quiet. Loved the room I was in!!!

I left an outfit in the top dresser in my room 431 and I called to c if the housekeepers had found it yet and the women who answered the phone said that as soon as they cleaned the room and found my clothes I accidentally left she would call me back to come pick it up. It's been over 24 hrs since I talked to her and still have heard nothing back!!!! Kinda dissatisfied about this!!!

We missed breakfast both days we stayed by about 5/10 minutes. We did have dinner and drinks both days and it was really good. The dinning/bar staff was GREAT!!

We were in for a short stay for a graduation. The property, facility, and room was meticulously kept. Nice outdoor areas with flowers, seating, and a fire pit. My 4 year old grandson said I did good!

the washing machine didn’t work but the staff was wonderful and refunded the money.

Location perfect. Room amazing. Bed very comfortable. Everything was very clean.

More bath towels in bathroom (not hand towels or wash cloths). There were only 3 towels for myself and my partner. I usually use 2, instead we used a towel for the bathroom floor next to shower because there was no bath rug and water trickled out onto floor. Maybe leave an extra toilet paper roll in the bathroom. The one in our bathroom was almost gone. Thankfully we used the room just to shower and sleep. We didn't bother to ask for more towels or toilet paper because we got back late, then left early the next morning.

I like the location and the staff

I didn't like no complimentary breakfast, the pool was ice cold, there is no hot tub. At $119.00 a night it was very basic.

Staff at the front desk were incredibly polite, professional, respectful, and helpful. I cannot remember the last time I encountered such pleasant service. I took 2 12 year old boys for a baseball tournament this past weekend and there were at least 2 more from the team that stayed at the hotel so needless to say it was probably chaos for your staff. Although I made sure we kept things clean and were respectful I am sure they were probably louder than they should have been. Your staff handled it/them with grace. THANK YOU!

Maybe some kind of continental breakfast in the morning as well as advertisements in the room for local food establishments. We were not sure what was around us until we ventured out and would have loved to know all of our choices (there were more than we expected). That's it. Everything else was wonderful!

The lady at the counter was super nice 😃 and was able to get us a room and would take care of situation with booking.com! The room was super clean, big, and the king size bed was super comfy! The shower was 😍😍😍 fantastic, great water pressure! My husband and I enjoyed our stay here and when we come back to Michigan from Pennsylvania we will definently stay here again

That booking.com didnt send the hotel anything for my hotel room reservation because when i got there the information i had they couldnt find in their computer! The only thing i think could be possibly better is when your showering water does go out onto the bathroom floor, and the inside of the shower could possibly use one of those none slip floor sticky mats right when you first walk in! Gets a little slippy with the water and soap getting splashed everywhere! I did put a towel down outside the shower but still perhaps something 🤔 could help with the water splash!
