Hotel was very pleasant, and clean. Staff was nice and accommodating. Room was quiet and clean. Couldn't stay to have breakfast as I had to be somewhere early on Saturday morning. Grabbed a few items on my way out, which I appreciated the fact that they opened a little earlier as quite a few that stayed had to leave early for a high school tournament.

I wished they had a better rate offered/given to us being that it was a high school tournament and lots of people stayed in the area. I am a coach that basically volunteers my time as there isn't much in the way of reimbursement for these things.

Room was clean and the grandkids loved the pool.

Upon arrival our ice bucket was filled with food and other garbage. The 2nd shift man at the desk was very concerned and helpful and gave me a new one. Third shift employee (heavyset lady) slept on the couch in the lobby with her boyfriend! The breakfast selection had several items missing, no regular syrup, no milk, no danishes, no sandwiches. The nice lady who set up the breakfast apologized and said no one put in an order for food (for a holiday!) She seemed very concerned and defeated by the way the place is run. She said no one here really cares!

Nice rooms, pool was clean and warm, workout room was clean with all the needed equipment, front desk staff was very nice, which was amazing considering the hotel was fully booked both nights. Also rooms on the back side have a very pretty look over a nature area Overall a nice property.

The breakfast staff both mornings were rude. I understand that it was probably busier than they are used to but it doesn't excuse the rudeness.

I was invited out for breakfast by friends, but I believe the other guests had a nice breakfast. Perhaps in the future I may stop in again and take in the full amenities that the hotel offers.

Hmmmmm, honestly I can't say there was anything that I didn't like, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The area was very quiet, and was the area had alot of convenient merchants to choose from.

The facilities were clean. The furniture was modern and comfortable. But my favorite was how spacious the rooms are, the full fridge, dishwasher and dishes a plus.

I couldn’t tell the difference between the staff and guest. I would suggest having a name tag, uniform or professional attire. The employees were wearing regular clothing.

The location was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool!

The kind woman running the breakfast area was having a hard time keeping up with keeping breakfast foods and silverware stocked. But she was doing the best she could...when the food did come out it was hot and tasty.

The facility was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was super comfortable and spacious. There were also many amenities close by the hotel.

There was nothing that we did not like.

Breakfast was ok, wish the hours of operation was at least until 10:00. I also wish that there was a restaurant or bar closer to the hotel or in the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the cleaning staff was nice. Housekeeping doesn't knock on your door every morning like other hotels do which is nice. The room was a great size and had a dinner table that could fit under the desk which was super nice. The stairwell was nicer than other hotels. There are spots to sit outside if you would like. The location is a good spot to find parks nearby to walk in. The traffic isn't bad in the area. The theme of the hotel was nice.

It seems like the management at this location is not great. They had a few amenities out that could have quickly been fixed. The ice machine was out. The pool pump was also out. When we checked in they said it should be fixed early in the week. A few days later I asked how long it had been out, it had been out for three weeks.
