Most staff members were friendly and worked diligently. Last year at the same time our stay was much better, but the manager was there. We were told this year by a staff member the manager was on vacation. So we think a few of the staff decided to do the same thing, but there at the hotel...

Some of the staff were not doing their designated job, while other staff members were hustling to do everything. Most of the hot food was gone. The person responsible for keeping the food replenished did not do their job. They wouldn't replenish the scrambled eggs and no hot coffee. The manager wasn't there that day. So, unfortunately there was no accountability. We believe service would have been better if the manager would have been there.

The hotel was very clean, incredibly friendly staff, the rooms are excellent/very comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a wide variety of items. Have to go back to saying the staff were incredible, around every corner, and they would say hi, ask if their is anything you need. All in all....I would refer anyone heading to Frankenmuth to this Hotel without hesitation. Perfectly located close to everything and right next to hwy but yet quiet. Cracker Barrel right next door, , just awesome!! I want to thank the staff and management of Baymount for their service and truly enhancing our weekend away!! Definitely 5 star!!

Honestly, I can't say I didn't like anything. I would only suggest that for the breakfast... to go along w/the eggs should maybe have tatter tots (or some form of potatoes/hashbrowns) and mini breakfast sausage.

Great place to stay while traveling. Absolutely no complaints. The room is clean and smell nice. Offered a continental breakfast that was above expectation. Had a wonderful lady there for the weekends that was constantly picking up cleaning up offering people more choices of food that she could deliver from the back room, very friendly and nice. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Air conditioning in room was a little noisy, but still able to sleep with it on. Everything else was perfect.

Friendly staff, clean facilities. Comfy bed. Big pillows. Hot tub was clean and the water was relaxing! Pancake breakfast was delicious. Jesse in the breakfast area was great. She was missed on Monday..

Breakfast area.. had to ask for milk or juice. Cream cheese, breakfast sandwiches.. Wish it could be kept with the other food in the main breakfast area, not behind a door.. (juice machine doesn't work, neither does the refrigerator?)

The hotel was close to where we needed to be for the right price.

The beds were so uncomfortable to me. I didn’t sleep the two nights we were there but my daughter and husband slept like a rock. Also, upon check-in one of the people behind the desk had a friend in there talking to them and the friend was all, “f this and f that.” It was making everyone in the lobby uncomfortable. May want to get that addressed.

Room was nice & well equipped, bed was comfortable, pool and hot tub area were clean & well equipped at a great price, the staff was professional, polite, personal and very helpful. Very impressed with the staff & how clean and well maintained the hotel was.

The cooked food at the complementary breakfast was a big disappointment! The girls that worked at the breakfast area were great.

This appears to be an older hotel that has had some updates. That said, all our rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Hallways smelled nice and were clean. All areas appeared bug free. Pool area was clean and was not overly strong smelling of chlorine. Kid and family friendly. Staff kind and courteous. Breakfast choices good and the woman stocking was super friendly and helpful-love that pancake machine! Was a little concerned after reading some other reviews but this place turned out to be a gem!

Water pressure in the shower was very light but the cleanliness, friendly staff, great pool, and overall atmosphere more than makes up for it!

Very clean, comfortable accommodations, up to date. There is little else around, no traffic, etc. There is a Cracker Barrel next door with a decent restaurant; you'll need to drive if you want something else. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was a good place to stop for the night on our way up to Canada from Tennessee. We will probably stay here when we travel this way again next year.

Nothing really to complain about. Would have liked a little more room, but this was about average and was adequate.

I could see the woods out my window. breakfast was pleasant. coffee was great. heater/air unit was placed wonderful for the room and not next to the bed and drys you out..

workers hanging out in the front entrance area smoking and talking away.. the bed was hard as a rock and I couldn’t take a bath because there was no way to stop the tub, just capped.

The check in service was very friendly. The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of choices. Our server was absolutely wonderful. She was very attentive and made everyone welcome and kept the breakfast flowing nicely. Great 😋
