Friendly staff at reception. Quick check in. Very thorough with details for our stay.

One thing we DID NOT like is that you allow smoking on the property. Quite a few times we had to walk through smoke as people sat on the outdoor bench which is situated right in front of the entrance door to the elevator and smoked. It's smelly and dirty and may be an issue for guests with medial conditions. In Canada smoking is not allowed on any public or commercial property for business. I realize that your laws in Michigan may be different but I would strongly suggest moving the bench or specifying a smoking area away from a entrance or exit door. Or no smoking signs.

The room was really nice. It exceeded our expectations. It wasn't perfect ( some minor repairs to things) but overall very nice. The breakfast offerings were perfect and staff was all very nice and helpful.

The pool was freezing cold for an indoor pool. The hot tub was nice but showed signs of aging and was discolored, maybe needing a good scrub around the rim. The breakfast area floor was super sticky on our first day, but is was likely too busy to clean at the time. The next day it was perfectly clean and also very little customer traffic.

Location to Frankenmuth, clean, and quiet. Check in was fast and staff were very courteous. Nice amenities and the in room spa tub was very nice. Bathroom was extremely clean.

Not a lot of parking out front. We didn't feel comfortable leaving our car around back where it was poorly lit. Continental breakfast was just ok. The one morning we came down it was a disaster. Food slopped around, counters messy with food, food spilled into other food compartments.

This hotel is great, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We love coming here for our anniversary 🥂 the hotel itself could use a few upgrades but we will keep coming back for sure😁❤️

The breakfast got to be a little humdrum and the eggs could be made a little different someday like maybe a small cheese omelet or some biscuits and gravy somedays just in my opinion. All in all it's a great value and the staff keep the area very clean and well stocked😁

Room was spacious, bed was great and comfortable. Bathroom facility was great as well, and you even had tea for early breakfast drink. Awesome!

The heater, only had two fan speeds, high and low. When the heater wasn't heating, the fan on low speed was blowing cold air. Very uncomfortable!!!!! Not to mention, this costs you more money, causing the heater to come on more often than necessary. Fan speed should always have a auto speed to select. This was really the only bad thing about this room.

Service was great, staff were incredible. Breakfast included, this has been the best breakfast included in post covid times of the 16 hotels I have stayed in this vacation summer. Rooms are spacious and clean/sanitized!!

Personally I think they need a omete repaint of the rooms to really clean them up...thats my OCD talking. The tub/shower should be updated as well to a newer style. (White) Only cleanliness comaint I had and verbalized to the front desk was the elevator. Elevator floor ways wet from people returning from pool ( that should be signage at the pool for ustomers) floor was very slippery when wet as it's black marble. And the hand prints all over the stainless, needs more frequent cleaning g as Covid is still existent.

So fresh and so clean. Bed was very comfortable, I got the king room with the spa tub and I really recommend getting one of those rooms. The tub was great for my back and neck, spending the extra money for the tub did more to relax me than any massage you could buy. Was very happy with my room and stay. Arcade down the hall was fun too. Front desk gave me quarters. There was breakfast, I have a lot of allergies so I couldn't have the food, which is alright I expect that to happen. My fiance really liked the breakfast in the lobby and I got fresh juice. Very nice.

I guess the fridge could have been colder.

Booking.com did not link with Cofort Inn / Choice Hotels but after a little delay made it right.

There are some strange characters with bizarre behavior hanging around. This could deter people from wanting to book here at a very PRIME PLACE BETWEEEN FRANKENMUTH AND BIRCH RUN. Might want to talk to them about incident I had. Unfortunately, this hotel is in receivership by bank but this DID NOT deter my wife and I from being taken care of appropriately.

The rooms were comfortable and clean!

I was disappointed with breakfast. The sausage was full of grease. Couldn’t eat waffles as the machine was undercooking them and they were doughy! The eggs were powdery and flavorless tasting. Also I am handicap and was not able to get a handicap room because we booked through a third party is what the hotel desk told my husband.

Staff were very welcoming and super friendly. Very efficient at their jobs. Breakfast was a nice variety. Pam did not stop moving! She a wonderful host in the breakfast area. Pool was fun, hot tub was nice

We has no knobs on our heater/ fan, so no way to control the temp in the room. Room 537, I think. Temp in the room was fine, just would have preferred a fan. ( didn't think it was worth complaining, but thought you should know)
