Room was clean.

Girl Sarah at desk was very rude to my husband at check in. Told him he "didn't have to stay there" and she "could arrange for him to go home" all because we traveled 2 1/2 hours and got there an hour early and he wanted to check in then. She had a serious attitude about that.

The breakfast area and food very good

In the handicapped room, the ring around the shower head fell off when I took it down and the toilet paper holder was not entirely attached to the wall but thankfully the bar above was. We did not know about your pillows being both soft and firm in the room. My first night was sleepless but after taking to the desk person was ok. Staff was wonderful.

Hotel breakfast could not accommodate a booked hotel , as the guest come through it would wipe out the breakfast bar , staff couldn’t keep it stocked, you’d have sausage gravy and no biscuits, dry cereal and no milk, breakfast meat was out of the question as soon as a pan was put out it was gone, very disappointing!

My credit card was charged 10 dollars more that the bill, I noticed this after coming back home when I saw my amex card activity in app, the receipt was 158, I see card charged 168, and they dis not give me credit card receipt of course, other than this I liked this hotel but I won’t use it next time

Breakfast was very good and the room was clean. The location was great for the things we wanted to do and see. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The toilet was too low to the floor - like one from an elementary school kindergarten room. The bed was too high off the floor - not easy to get in and out of'

The hote entrance was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. The rooms and the bathroom were neat. Overall, I was pleased with my stay.

The clock in my room had the wrong time, so we overslept. When I looked at my phone to check my messages it was 10:30. I called the front desk to ask if we could give us a little extra time to get ready. She said I could give you an extra 30 minutes. Two adults and two children we were rushing smh 🤦.

The place itself was good. Nice and clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite. The breakfast selection was great lots to choose from. We were happy with the establishment itself.

The intersection it sits next to is very loud. You have very loud vehicles taking off from it all night long, so it kept us up all night. The cable setup was kinda screwy, too. It just showed you the channel. There was no guide.

We weren't too far from Frankenmuth, which was the reason we were in the area. The room was also clean and the bathroom was big.

We were on the first floor and next to the exit, so that meant we heard a lot of people walking around. The TV was also pretty basic. We couldn't pull up a guide to help with searching through the channels. So it was a lot of just flipping through.

Literally 5 minutes away from everything,..the highway, restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, gas and maybe 10 whole minutes to Frankenmouth Wilderness Trails Zoo (amazing!), miniature golf. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful and very good. Coffee was fresh all day. We happened to pick the weekend of the big car show (which we knew nothing about). We are talking at least a thousand cars. WOW! When we checked in to the hotel, it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop and we thought, with the onslaught of people checking into the hotel, it was going to get a little crazy, but it was still perfectly quiet and the hotel never skipped a beat with breakfast. And our room faced the parking lot, so we got to view a few of the old cars. Check-in was a breeze and staff was friendly and hospitable. We will stay here again in the future.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Loved the room it was a great size and the bathroom was so nice. A walk in shower was perfect. Loved the pool and spa as well, and we used it every evening.

My husband and I both had sore backs after sleeping on the bed. It was not the most comfortable.
