The hote entrance was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. The rooms and the bathroom were neat. Overall, I was pleased with my stay.

The clock in my room had the wrong time, so we overslept. When I looked at my phone to check my messages it was 10:30. I called the front desk to ask if we could give us a little extra time to get ready. She said I could give you an extra 30 minutes. Two adults and two children we were rushing smh 🤦.

Literally 5 minutes away from everything,..the highway, restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, gas and maybe 10 whole minutes to Frankenmouth Wilderness Trails Zoo (amazing!), miniature golf. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful and very good. Coffee was fresh all day. We happened to pick the weekend of the big car show (which we knew nothing about). We are talking at least a thousand cars. WOW! When we checked in to the hotel, it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop and we thought, with the onslaught of people checking into the hotel, it was going to get a little crazy, but it was still perfectly quiet and the hotel never skipped a beat with breakfast. And our room faced the parking lot, so we got to view a few of the old cars. Check-in was a breeze and staff was friendly and hospitable. We will stay here again in the future.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The breakfast was good as were the pool and staff. Everyone was very friendly and the room was comfortable.

Our shower drained very slowly. The water pressure was great but the options were messed up so when the water was coming out it would sting. Also, our shower curtain didn’t stop water from getting out of the shower so we had a very wet floor after showering.

We enjoyed the breakfast. It was yummy. The hotel was clean and everyone was friendly. The pool was awesome. It was nice to have towels available. The hours were great.

There were not enough luggage carriers. The tv was a little messed up and hard to figure out. Many channels were speaking in Spanish. The didital clock needed a new light.

The cinnamon rolls were excellent. The beds were very comfortable.

The pancakes could have been bigger and thicker. Maybe you could add a waffle machine as an alternate choice. About the room, everything seemed pretty clean but a little more attention should be given in the corners of the bathroom. Especially where the floor meets the tub!

The breakfast was very good. There were choices and everything was very good. I like the bluetooth keys. The bed was comfortable.

The bed was too high. I had to get a step stool to be able to get in or off of it. The toilet was too low and I am short. Anyone with knee or hip problems would be in trouble. Also, the toi;let paper dispenser was too far away from the toilet and very diffiult too reach. It is a shame because the place is very nice, but these things make it diffiult to want to come back.

The jacuzzi tub was excellent sized and worked great. Bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was probably the best I've seen in a long time. Staff was friendly. Pool area was pretty nice.

The hot tub wasn't very hot, but was acceptable. There were a few areas that we noticed hadn't been fully cleaned, nothing awful though. Beyond those two very small things, our stay was perfect.

Location to Frankenmuth about 10 minutes away. Staff was very efficient and friendly (10 rating). Pool area looked very nice.

The bathroom door in room would not stay open, which made the bathroom very warm to use vanity. Very hot in lobby area and hallways (possible a/c issue)

The staff was amazing and the room exceeded our expectations! Sahara I believe her name was at the front desk was the best! I have never encountered someone who had such excellent customer service and made you feel so welcomed. Also, the maintenance man on staff that night was so helpful! It’s a great place to stay and we will be back!

The breakfast was great it had everything from a hot breakfast to a cold breakfast when I arrived my signficant other did not like the handicap room cause it did mot have a bathtub so I asked to see if I could switch to a room with a tub and they had no problem accommodating me which I thought was great. We stayed their before the pandemic I love the updates the did to the rooms and to the breakfast area by keeping everything covid restrictions it was a great stay and will return in the future

Nothing that I can think of.maybee change the shampoo and conditioner to a different product the shampoo did not lather up a lot.
