Thomas from Breakfast service made a difference; anything was clean and nice, he really paid an eye on the area. Very, very good! Also very friendly; remembered me even I haven't been in for almost 5months [I had some problems and he remember by himself asking me - this impressed me a lot.] Hotel is really clean; free parking is available;

The HH didn't worked out - last time we lost 8nights!!!! Room service during stay - only upon request! I The staff kept the room at arrival clean [no complains about arrival!!!!] Choice of breakfast items could be better - OK for 1-2 mornings

The African American woman (I apologize that I cannot recall her name) who checked us in was extremely pleasant, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, bed comfortable.

Stayed 4 days and you have to call if you want new drinking cups, coffee etc. My daughter and her fiancé checked in the night after we did and the man who checked them in was outside smoking when they walked in, ignored them for 10 minutes and then was mumbling when giving them directions - the same thing occurred with that person when my sister checked in also - they both said he appeared to be high.

It was easy to find venue. We were close to Royal Oak Theater like 10 minute drive. Could not beat the price. Staff was awesome. Great stay.. this trip was for my niece to her 1st tenny bopper event.

The drivers in Royal Oak just sit at the lights!! But doesnt have anything to do with trip, or hotel.

My room was much larger than I was expecting. It was very clean and updated!! The staff was very friendly and helpful!! I was also glad they offered complimentary toiletries since I was not familiar with the area and realized I forgot my toothbrush at home!!

The street sweepers in the parking lot behind the hotel at 11/1130 pm were not enjoyable. It wasn’t really a negative, they just woke me up out of a dead sleep and I didn’t know what they were.

Great location. Somerset Collection and tons of restaurants close by. Nice looking hotel. Bit nicer than other Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at, actually. I loved the quiet little outdoor patio near the pool.

The sliding door to the bathroom (room 218) didn’t close properly, which created privacy issues while in the bathroom. But this is an easy enough fix.

The room was great it had a little fridge a microwave and a little storage spot for hot food if you ordered anything came with the iron board with iron. The location where we stayed was even better because the venue that we attended was just 2 miles down the road it didn't take us out of our way

I love the location and the rooms are very clean as well as the staff and the breakfast was very good.

There was nothing that I didn't like everything was very nice and clean.

Location and overall condition

Seems like they hurried up to finish the property. The door to our room had a loose seal on the bottom that was tearing off & dragging when opening & closing the door. The door in the bathroom to the shower/toilet room rubbed on the tile floor, we literally had to lift the door to open it. There was a lot of open space in the room, like you’re waiting for another chair, & the bedside lamps didn’t match.

the whole room in general but in particular the bathroom was very nice and very clean with only one problem

we only had 2 complaints and we didn't mention anything about either to any of the staff, but the toilet seat wouldn't stay up so it was difficult for an adult man to use it the way they typically would for a #1 and I am always surprised that even very nice rooms like this one never have exhaust fans in the bathrooms

Location. Very clean. Great breakfast. Comfortable. HDTV was quality.

Asked for top floor room. Didn't get one. One of the staff wasn't helpful about a billing problem. But the problem was resolved to my satisfaction by other staff members, who impressed me with their efficiency.
