Clean, quiet room. Comfortable bed with convenient access to electrical outlets and recharging station. Nice walk-in shower. Remote check-in and check-out worked well.

Great location close to center of the city of Detroit. No problems getting a Uber or Lyft ride to get you to the city of Detroit. Many restaurant and food options near hotel. Hotel was older but very well kept and clean. The beds were super comfy too. The complimentary breakfast was good and had many options for being a free breakfast. Great option to save well over $200 on a room per night if you have a event in the city of Detroit. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

The only thing that was lacking is that after 11:00 pm the food around the area is pick up only and many are closed but this is no fault of the hotel. Plan ahead for food if your staying out late because nothing will be open or available after 11 pm.

The room was attractive, quiet and clean with a comfortable bed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The outside was clean and appeared well kept. The breakfast was very good, with tasty hash browns and browned sausage slices, waffles in a choice of mini or regular and in 2 flavors with plenty of toppings; hot and cold choices such as cereals, pastries, oatmeal and yogurt; juices, coffee and tea.

The room door did not close tightly on its own, we had to pull it completely closed each time; this was reports to the front desk staff.

The manager Tonya was very friendly and courteous. I felt very welcome there. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. The room, while a little cramped, was very nice and comfortable. The beds and bedding were dreamy😊 The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety each day. I really don't have anything negative to say other than the room was not refreshed daily, but I suppose that is the norm these days. I had no trouble getting extra towels from the maid that was in my corridor. The location was safe and very close to interstate 75.

Just missed daily room service (emptying garbage, changing towels) that's about it!

Breakfast was ok and it was in a decent area

There was candy and garbage that had fell down between the head of the bed and the wall that had not been cleaned up. The sheets had stains on them. I’m not sure if they just didn’t come out in the wash or if they hadn’t been washed at all. Other than that it was fine.

come to town every three weeks for cancer treatment. this was seventh time. this was the cleanest and best smelling hotel yet. It also had ther friendliest employee and best breakfast yet. we are catholic and it was friday so we couldnt eat meat, but there was alot of choices available.

i booked online and when it said pool i assumed it was indoor. In michigan there isnt alot of time a person can swim in outdoor pool.

Easy check in and out. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.p, with eggs, sausages and potatoes. Waffles with a number of topping choices. Breads and cereal choices were plentiful.

The noise from the hall when people were walking by and talking.

The morning staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and clean.

The night shift front desk lady wasn't so nice. She seemed detached and irritated before I arrived. She overcharged my debit card and rushed me away from the counter. I had no idea how to even get to my room. She seemed like she didnt want to be at work that night. And she didn't offer much information.

I liked the huge bed. It was comfortable. & Until that little fiasco, the staff was completely nice. Especially Kerra or Kira. But she was really nice.

I didn't like that the massage shower head was broken. So I couldn't use that function. The toilet pressure was slower than ice cold molasses. But the worst part of all was being accused of smoking in the room because they found a leaf from outside (from off the bottom of my purse) and said that it was tobacco & that was their proof that I had been smoking. And the non existent smell of smoke. Oh & that "I maybe should have a talk with my 11 year old son." Mind you I was there for FOUR DAYS. Nobody thought this until I left. GTFOH. And please don't even bother replying to this, because I don't wanna hear/read ish. I just won't come back.
