Hilton Garden Inn Detroit Troy

The hotel was new and beautiful and clean and its location was fabulous. The staff, especially mark the manager was on point with our requests. He made us feel welcome and important. The breakfast was awesome the room was so quiet. We slept like babies. I liked the toiletries and the furniture. I liked the towels and the room temperature control. The lighting, the phone the desk It was so what I'd hoped.

The pictures made everything including the pool look a lot larger than actual size. So the size of the pool I did not like. I also expected the premium king to be bigger. It wasn't that big.

The best feature and sole reason I chose the hotel was the excellent electric vehicle EV charger stations. And the rest of the hotel was fine too. I will definitely stay there again because of the EV chargers.

The tiny room was a little bit empty but fine.

The location was great and new. Shopping and nice restaurants was close.

The check in staff was great. The only thing that I was upset about was the trash not being taken out from the previous stay and water was still in the bucket from previous stay. Had to ask for the trash to be taken out.

It was good! I liked how they kept the fruit out for us to grab on our way in or out. Also having the breakfast sandwiches that we could eat for the next morning was a good idea. It was also a kid friendly breakfast.

There was nothing that I did not like. I think overall with COVID you guys are doing a great job ensuring everyone's health and comfort.

Due to Covid-19 they had “grab and go”items. Waiting for restaurant and bar to reopen.

It was not the hotel employees fault, they did their best to service us due to the restaurant and bar was not open. When they were open, oh my God it was great. We will be back again.

The location was great.

The heat/AC is by motion detection in the room which I wasn’t aware of & returned to a very hot room. I wouldn’t stay there again due to that.

I absolutely loved this place. My boyfriend and I had a bad experience at another hotel and we ended up leaving early and came to this one. They were very clean and nice. They had nice rooms and a nice pool area.

Spent a very short time, the pool and the hot tub was great.

It was hard to communicate with the lady at the front desk.

Location was great. Clean and comfortable.

Jets didn't work in hot tub and no towels in pool area.

I like the whole place I even like the fact that I forgot something very important an I called the next day an it was still there. Very nice stand up people. Thank you so much.
