I thought that it was a good value. It was 40 a night cheaper than a nearby Hampton Inn and other than entering your room from outside I thought it was very comparable. The breakfast was also comparable. The staff was nice. The outdoor pool was nice but in the winter Hampton would have them on that.

They had some key card locks to access some of the hallways and none of them worked . They didn't really need them because most of the rooms were not even in hallways but if they are going to have them they should work.

Breakfast was just average. The sausage looked like it was boiled or not cooked fully.

Was awaken at 3:30 in the morning with several guest arguing and cussing for at least an hour. I was afraid that I was going to start hearing gun shots. Thankfully there were none. I know this can happen anywhere but I prayed ig God allowed me to get out of this hotel safely that I would never come back.

The price was decent and I booked this hotel because I had a good experience at a previous Baymont in another state. Staff was nice.

I didnt like that you access your room from outside, reminds me of a motel. That part wasn't displayed on the website with the pictures when I booked. Thankfully, the 3rd floor was not like that

1. Friendly staff. 2 I appreciate you keeping the personal item I accidentally left behind so I could collect it later. 3. Extra can liner in the trash can is BRILLIANT! ❤❤❤ 4. I love the tissues & lamps w/outlets & USB charger ports.

1. Get on a schedule to clean behind dressers and night stands, etc. There were some gross things there. Normally i dont check, but the plugs for tv & microwave were not in the outlet. 2. Garbage piling up on the trash can at the elevator is disgusting. Maybe assign/schedule a pick up several times daily. 3. Micro fridge...not keeping things cold. Freezer compartment didnt keep things frozen. I actually defrosted it & removed all the ice and water. It still didnt freeze. 4. The rooms NEED room darkening curtains that can be closed. I improvised and used a hangar to keep them closed to darken the room to sunset level. (A huge improvement from mid-day brightness caused by parking lights. I am thankful for the bright parking lot, but it isnt so great for sleeping.)

Breakfast needed potatoes n oatmeal..food was plain..it was fair..room was clean .pool was closed.

Food...needs flavor n add ons..shredded cheese n diced ham for eggs..cream chz for bagels etc Fresh Coffee only available during lunch..no beverages only vending..no indoor pool..pool closed outside.

The breakfast was fine but started and ended too early Monday-Friday.

I did not understand the housekeeping policy. However, the front desk was very helpful with switching out our used towels.

My friends and I stayed here when we were seeing The Driver Era at Royal Oak. Not only is this hotel close to Royal Oak, but it was also close to the mall and a few other places. Upon arrival, we were able to check in early to our suite and get ready to head to the concert. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and he was also very helpful. There were three of us who stayed in the room and I must say, those beds were extremely comfortable. I was highly impressed with where it was located and how close it was to Royal Oak. It made things a lot easier when it was time to leave the show at almost midnight to find our way back to the hotel. NOTE: I'm also very impressed with the fact that they were willing to allow my friends and I to stay, even though we weren't quiet 21. (Most of our birthdays are at the beginning of next year.) We were told that as long as we didn't go crazy, make a huge mess, or anything that damaged the hotel room, it was okay. I was highly impressed with that as well as how the staff treated me when I checked in and checked out. I will for sure be picking this hotel in the next couple of months when I'll be in the same area.

The only thing that I had a problem with was the bathroom size. It was an okay size, but every time we would open our door to either go in or leave the bathroom, you risked hitting the tub with the door. However, that didn't ruin our stay because we made the most of it.

The spa suite was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was pleasant and the staff was helpful. Great location.

The rooms are not cleaned during stay but will give fresh towels and sheets upon return of soiled linen.

Clean and comfortable

People smoking pot on the 3rd floor. I was there for work and it reeked. Reported to the desk and they did nothing. Also we stay here a lot and the lighting above the bathroom sink is terrible for putting on makeup.

I the room was run down some of the materials on the room cabinet where tv sits where peeling off or off already bear wood. The microwave had stains all over outside never got wiped down It just a little dirty
