Night Staff was very helpful, informative and customer service friendly. This hotel was extremely better than I expected and very clean atmosphere and interior decoration added to the great ambiance.

Not that I didn't Iike it, but there was only one set in a room for 2 adults. I thought all hotels rooms stocked 2 sets of towels.

It offered a hot breakfast, but they did not have any milk or individual coffee creamer for customers on our first day. this was very disappointing and unacceptable. they could have had the manager go to the local grocery and at least obtain some milk that they could have served in a pitcher. On our second day they did have these items available.

I love this hotel! I always get a jacuzzi room, the room is always clean and comfortable. I like that it’s close to shops and restaurants. The pool is great. The free breakfast is tasty with lots of options and the staff is always friendly!

That the room was clean and location was close to Sommerset Mall and where we going to be Saturday. The front desk employee was awesome he only worked til 11pm but was very nice, informative and asked us many times if we need did anything to call him.

We stayed in room 207, Well there was a ceramic tile in the bathroom was loose. The room was spacious and had a king size bed. We didn't like the fact that there were no curtains to black out the light from the parking lot. Also, we came down to eat breakfast at 935am and there was only omelets and pancakes left no busquits and sausage gravy and sausage. We asked about more coming out and the attendant said no more... we paid 140.00 for the night and weren't so happy with that.

Close to Highway, stores, and fast food, mall was across the street, was about 25 mins from downtown, quiet, free breakfast

Convenient location. Staff was great, professional, greeted with a cheerful smile.

People fought outside my door and window. Scary. Police were on scene 4 units of officers and canine. As we exited we felt the officers considered us suspicious.the k9 started barking excitedly. Again leery the dog was going to jump out of the vehicle. Wild they were there over a hour.

The first room we had was terribly cold, there was no remote and the fridge had been unplugged so when I opened the door water spilled out all over the floor. Someone had also stolen the mirror that used to be on the wall. The front desk staff changed room quickly with no issues. The second room was nice. The only thing we did notice was the bedspread (white) has some blood stains on it. Probably should not have been put back into circulation after it was washed.

Everything was perfect, the staff, the room and location.

I don't have anything negative to say, so I guess I'll say the lack of a minibar.

Staff was very friendly. Everything was just the way you would expect at a Holiday Inn Express.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. No pancake mix, and ran low on some items.
