The property was conveniently located right off the highway. A little hard to find at first behind a Taco Bell but was at least off the main road. I thought the place was super clean and we were placed in a room I had specifically asked for. i.e. handicapped accessible and first floor.

The staff member that checked me in was not available when I first got to the desk. While I do understand the need to take breaks, I was asked at booking what time we were arriving and we were on spot. Also, she was not very friendly like I was bothering her when she did finally come to the desk.

The desk personal were very accommodating and pleasant.The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows the furniture and tub sink and shower were very clean. The location was great!

The toilets need a good cleaning mold around the upper rim in both the room and the public bathroom the back entrance was really dirty as were most of the carpet areas.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this facility. Beautiful room, high quality breakfast, well kept facilities, very good staff, all at a reasonable price! Great value for the dollar. Highly recommended!

Overall great experience. I would suggest an upgrade to the electrical outlets in the room. Maybe some USB ports for charging. Additionally, there was a gentleman hanging out in the lobby quite a bit that MAY not have had anywhere else to go. He was never rude or a problem, but some people may be uncomfortable with his presence.

I have stayed here many times it is a great place to stay lots of parking easy access for truck with a big trailer swimming pool is open many hours along with hot tub

The hot water was less than desirable for a shower it was barely lukewarm when I brought it to the staff attention they said yes they were waiting on a boiler repair man and they have two boilers one is working the other is not I believe that we should’ve been notified of this instead of told that we have to wait a half hour To let the water run before you’ll have hot water on the third floor I will certainly be calling corporate today

I really enjoyed the environment here, the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It was pretty awesome having a jacuzzi in the room. It was a good experience and a nice getaway for the wife and I. I would definitely stay again.

I don't know i enjoyed my stay, i suppose they could add a sleep aid to the medicine cabinet that people can buy for guest who have a hard time sleeping away from home.

great breakfast, no funky smells, large bathrooms, housekeeping was friendly and spoke english, great location for our needs

elevators were wet a lot from pool goers would recommend a rug in there for safety. wasn’t told about $50 hold on card for potential damage, before check in, wasn’t a problem just would have liked to have known

carpets where dirty afraid to go barefoot. And check out was 11:00, we were getting ready to leave waiting on family to get there and they were at the door tapping their wrist that it was time to go….. very rude. And there was someone else’s food still in the refrigerator.

it was a nice place to stay and very comfortable and quiet.

We went to the hot tub at 11 pm and there was black stuff in the “foam” that was in the spa. I went back to the room. on our third night we came home at 2 in the morning and we had to go back to the desk to get the keys renewed because we couldn’t get in.

The pool hours were great. We arrived late after work with our son (4-year old) and he really wanted to swim. We expected the pool to be closed but pool hours were 5am to midnight! It made his day!

We missed the entrance on our way in (even with GPS). The hotel uses the drive between Taco Bell and KFC.

Check in was a nightmare due to the booking.com app. Couldn't find my reservation. Staff wanted me to call booking.com at 11:00 at night. Finally gave me a room. Price severely increased from last year.
