Breakfast was nice, with a good amount of options, my only complaint was the OJ seemed off/watered down it didn't taste the best but was tolerable. No experience in the pool but it always had people in it during my stay. The room was nice, I like that the sink was outside of the shower/toilet would be nice if there were two one in and one outside. I really liked th height of the cabinet under the tv that housed the fridge, a nice flat surface, and high up for no little hands.

You have to tell people you don't have an elevator when booking. I booked a deal with 2-Queens on the second floor not knowing, then had to find the customer service info for booking.com so they could make arrangements with the hotel for a ground-floor room if one was available. I then had to pay a higher price for that room.

Clean, close to everything we were there to see, (lake, family in Grand Haven)very comfortable bed, good breakfast, friendly & helpful staff

Loud air compressor noise (not the air conditioning) that sounded outside our room several times throughout both nights we were there. Lasted about 1 min each occurrence. Mentioned it to staff & they did not seem to know what the sound was. Good thing I sleep well with ear plugs! Other than that everything was great

1.) The room was very clean and comfortable! 2.) I was pleased with the cleanliness of the pool/hot tub and property. 3.) The location was perfect for the areas we wanted to enjoy.

1.) I wish there would have been more dresser drawer space in the room to store our things. We stayed 4 nights and I like to unpack to feel at home. 2.) Also, the fitness room was not available for use and there was a lot of what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling in the pool area. 3.) There was somewhat of a language barrier between us and the staff. That made communication a little difficult at times.

The bed was comfy. Breakfast was okay. Coffee was decent in the cafeteria. Good food selection just scattered on the counter.

Some stairwells need fixing and the rooms can be noisy. We had a connecting room and could hear the neighbors. The tv is very small for the space. The 3 pillows were tiny. And only 3 per queen bed. No usb plugs for phones. Sink and mirror is outside of toilet and bath area. No coffee cup in room.

The staff was Great and The Breakfast had the most selection I have seen at a hotel. Pancakes,waffles and cold and hot cereal, fruit ,eggs, sausage, hash browns and much more.

I have cleaned Residential and commercial property for Years so I see the dirt. The Rooms were pretty good until you look closer, It's Aweful Dusty Like they don't Dust At All. Shower walls also Very Dirty. Beds had clean sheets but not put on well. BUT I HAVE TO SAY ITS MUCH BETTER THEN A YEAR AGO WHEN I STARYED!!

The room was very nice. The pool water was very comfortable and long. I was able to swim laps! Most hotel pools are to small to swim in. The GFI that the hair dryer was connected to wasn't working. But management brought me a hair dryer within a few minutes.

The shower after the pool was cold water. Colder than the pool. I really needed that hair dryer!

The property was so clean! In the mornings as staff were cleaning they were very attentive to detail and cleaned areas most places don't. Everyone was very friendly and helpful as well. All smiles and very polite. Best stay we have ever had anywhere! Thank you for making our honeymoon so relaxing!! We will be choosing Baymont over other hotels from now on!

Clean, comfortable, nice big room, and right nearby tons of places to eat and Meijer right down the street. Very convenient. Front desk was friendly, check-in was super fast and easy. They allow pets and the rooms are clean and beds super comfortable.

There is a separate toilet/shower, and the door to that section didn’t shut all the way.

I thought the breakfast was delicious everyday and the woman running the breakfast show was awesome! She works her tail off while people go up and get second and thirds and she kept up great with no quit in her!

Rooms could have been a bit cleaner but other than that hotel pool and everything else was clean!

The only staff that went out of there way to greet us was the lady serving breakfast..kis enjoyed the pool and hot tub

The people checking in and out were not so friendly,the person that checked me out asked me if I wanted a receipt and then asked me who I booked thru,then said they would send me one.
