Lobby Area and Eating Area were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room - particularly the bathroom could use upgrading; i.e. the toilet seat was round on an oval toilet and slipped to the side when sitting. We were there only 1 night (2 people) but there was 2 towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths.

Arcade games, work out equipment, pool, mini fridge, microwave, tv, hard boiled eggs.

Hot tub was broken, no coffee in the breakfast area (limited amount in room), a lot of pot smoking in the rooms so the whole building reaped of pot for the most part.

The check-in receptionist was pleasant and handled my check in professionally. Also, the bed and pillows were some of the best I have experienced in a hotel (we usually stay about five nights a year at a hotel).

The room was a little on the cold side, even as we turned the heat up all the way. I think the eindows may have had something to do with it. It wasn't uncomfortable, just something that could have been a little better.

No real issues. Needed a cheap place to stay overnight, this did the job. Not going to win any awards, but perfectly fine for what it is. Room was clean, HVAC unit functioned properly.

Place was a little run down. Needed some new carpet in the hallways. Front desk computer froze during check in. Little square pillows sucked. Bring you own pillows for sure.

Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, and the staff was willing to give us a new room when we had issues with the toilet in the first room. Second room was perfect.

The toilet in our first room wouldn't flush and the bed sheets in that same room were dirty. Hot tub was also not filled which was disappointing.

The room was very comfy, with super big twin beds, to my surprise breakfast was included. And a small pool area too. Very good for this money! I was happy

The beds were comfortable I did sleep well. The air worked nicely, ease of checking in.

.The room was decent, definitely should charge a little less for what you get. The bathroom is out of date, and the room was not very clean. I.e. the vinyl flooring was dirty feeling and like sticky.

Although this motel was under remodeling, everything was well organized and clean.

There was plenty of coffee but no coffee cups available.

Very cheap and close to the location I came to grand rapids for. The staff was nice and helpful

Needs more cleaning and up keep a lot of the machines and services are broken or do not work.

Location was good but I could be more of a variety other than that good
