I stupidly locked myself out, and they quickly gave me another key at no extra charge! Also, they were extremely patient with me getting all my stuff out of the room, and letting me check out a few minutes late.
The room was a bit small. I would've stayed longer, but they charge way too much for a week! Also, couldn't get good water temp in the shower. It was either freezing or boiling!

It was an awesome room. Very comfortable. Lady at front desk was super nice.
The walls are very thin and I'm glad my 8 yr old daughter was not with me, as she would have heard the neighbors having sex in the middle of the day. 😕

Staff were wonderful. Beds were so comfy! Clean and nice overall!
Tables were sticky and had to wipe them down. Was thinking it may be a disinfectant residue.

Good location, really nice front desk staff, nice looking in the lobby area, area where the beds were looked clean, and comfortable beds.
The area where the tub & shower were didn’t look clean at all, toilet wasn’t really flushing the right way, and the sink seemed to be stopped up.

the hot tub was drained and now where is it mentioned that the hot tub was down. that’s one thing I was looking forward to

The beds were very comfortable
The breakfast was not what I would think a continental breakfast would be. The swimming pool room was very cold, and there were not any towels in the pool area.

We did have one issue that was taken care of right away. The staff was exceptional and very attentive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable. The gm even spoke with us and she took great care of us.
The beds were very high but that’s not the staffs fault. That’s poor design.
