Would recommend and stay again. Friendly staff, large clean rooms, comfy beds and excellent showers. WIFI excellent. Plenty of free parking. Complimentary coffee and cookies at reception. Excellent hot and cold buffet with something for everyone. Great value, stayed two nights.

This is an aged and slightly dated property. The rooms are spotless, public areas, stairs & hallways could be kept a bit cleaner. No smart TVs in the room. Is a long drive to Holland Downtown...but I'm only being picky now.

The location was very nice being close to 31 because we also wanted to visit Grand Haven. It was also super close to the Dutch Village, which is literally right around the corner! The building was older, but everything seemed nice and clean, and the staff were very nice as well. They were also very accommodating of our two pugs and even gave us a biscuit for them upon arrival. That was a nice touch!

The only thing I didn't care for were the mattresses. They seemed fairly hard, and I prefer a little bit softer mattress. Only than that everything was great.

We didn't have any housekeeping during our stay. I really didn't expect the staff to come in a change our beds everyday but i did expect them to take the dirty towels and leave clean ones and empty the trash cans. I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels and wash clothes. We spent 3 nights at the hotel so I felt that they housekeeping should have brought clean towels every day.

The hotel was perfect for our one-night stay and easily drivable to everywhere we wanted to go. Special thanks to the man at the front desk who checked us in (Michael? Micah?). He was so helpful in his suggestions on where to eat (our dinner restaurant Boatwerks was terrific) and also provided one of my friends with a couple of toiletries she had neglected to pack. The hotel/room was clean and comfortable. I can't comment on the breakfast, as we did not eat at the hotel.

Room was clean and well appointed. Room was ground floor and near the exit, convenient for dog. Breakfast area was crowded but offered a reasonable selection and the breakfast staff were very helpful.

Checkin clerk was a little grumpy. Stayover service had been eliminated, and we stayed two nights. No biggee, but it would have been nice to have clean sheets and towels. Oddly, the physical address is two blocks away from where the hotel actually is-- at the far end of the back of an outlet mall. Made for a little confusion with the GPS, but we found it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful; room was comfortable and the temperature controls worked very well. That's not always true at hotels. We appreciated their having coffee, hot water, and cold water available in the lobby all the time. The breakfast was great: well cooked bacon, excellent eggs, lots of other choices. Staff helpful and gracious. When I come again, I'll pick here to stay again, and will tell friends going to Holland to do the same.

The hotel was a little difficult to find but once we did we were pleased. It was a beautiful day we wish we would have noticed the front porch when we checked in, it would have been nice to have our coffee there. The room was clean and supportive of our needs. Breakfast, OK, unremarkable I guess-- Overall, a good experience. Thank you.

I suppose to identify something to improve it would be the continental breakfast otherwise all was good.

Non handicaped guest used the handicapped parking. Just laughed when we asked them to move. Hotel staff didn't do anything about it. Happened several times. Asked cleaning staff for help and they just said they didn't speak English. somewhat noisy.

The staff was so friendly and the hotel so clean. The breakfast was excellent. Near the Dutch village and restaurans and Walmart nearby. Would definitely stay again. It is tucked away in a private area quiet and peaceful.

Wish they had a laundry facility as we were there for baseball tournament and had dirty uniforms, but that would not be a reason to stay away.

I stayed here with my mom for the Tulip Time festival. It was a cheaper option than other hotels, but in a great location. It was near all the festivities and many restaurants. We loved the beds in the room, they were very comfortable. The staff was also very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were not very soundproof. We could hear people in the room next door and in the hall.
