We've been here before, and we like the layout of this hotel and the lounge. We always appreciate the warm cookies on arrival. The reception area is nice and the rooms are easy to access. It's big, but doesn't feel too huge. The price is usually pretty reasonable no matter when we book.

In our last couple visits, we've noticed that some of details are getting missed. There are some dinged-up door frames, scratched paint, little cracks here and there. The A/C unit didn't have an option to keep the fan on, so we cranked it down but it never seemed to get much cooler than when we arrived. It's little things like this that can make all the difference when on a romantic getaway.

The staff were affable and accomodating. If we needed something they were prompt to assist. The facility was clean. Most sites, restaurants, and shopping were within a 15 minute radius.

The facility, while clean, was in need of some repair. Though relatively minor, rust in the pool area, roof leak remnants in the hallways, incomplete drywall repairs, and bathroom fixtures that would not stop dripping are to be expected but not well in to the prime stay season. Did it ruin the stay? No. Did I expect more out of a Hilton, yes.

Very clean. Landscaping was well maintained. Could use better signage. Doesn’t really look like a hotel, which is kinda cool in itself. Just a little difficult to ID from the approaching streets.

My only complaint is the same everyone is having nationwide. The kitchen was short on staff. so when we ordered the offered room service, we had to go get it.

Thank you for providing a handicapped room. I booked this month's ago, and there was no quanartee that a handicapped room would still be available. Another booking for earlier in the week in another city did not quaratee the handicapped room. I sort of fell getting onto the toilet; had to get my husband to get me up because there were no handrails. All these were easy at your hotel.

The bed was very uncomfotable. Where I sat, I just sort of sank into it. When I sat down, everything on the bed rolled into where I sat. Neither of us slept well.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and informative. I would definitely come back. Overall experience was great!

There wasn't anything to eat after 9pm. The snack store should be open longer and provide cold salads, sandwiches or frozen foods to warm in the microwave. We are not a fan of domino's pizza.

Rooms were clean and staff was pleasant. Worth the money!

Was a bit disappointed the hot tub was down for cleaning for part of the day, happy to see it reopen later in the afternoon. Overall we were quiet happy with our experience. I would recommend staying here again to friends and family. Nice clean rooms!

Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff was great. Selena at desk was awesome. Loved our poolside room.

Would have liked to enjoy the Bar, but was closed way to early! That's what guests look forward to in the evening. Hot tub was available, but jets didn't work.

Location was near where we were going.

The late check in time. Had a wedding at 5 , check in was at 4. They did get us checked in at 330.

The location was easy, it's spacious, kids loved the pool, Aldi across the street, highways and beaches close by.

Kind of outdated for the price, has an effect on the overall look of the place when it's not kept up. Includes landscaping

Manager, Jody, was very helpful in getting me a room because your reservation was never entered into the Hilton system!!!!
