We had a good stay. Beds and pillows were ok. Shower had little pressure, but was ok. Location was decent for our event at Ford Field.

The hotel overcharged us (different from the price quoted on booking.com) I questioned them about it at the time of payment and was told it was just a $25 convenience fee that will be refunded, however that was wrong. I questioned again when I was leaving and she noted that we were overcharged but directed me to contact a manager at a later date. I think it should have been cleared up then and there.

good breakfast, very clean, and up to date. The beds were comfortable. But I liked the idea that they brought the horse pictures in the rooms, to honor the horse race track that was there for many years. great location, stores are very close, and also places to eat.

I think a more comfortable chair to sit in would be great. Some people have bad backs, and sitting on the bed is not an option. The chair is not you want to sit for long

The breakfast was very good. All staff were polite, professional and very patient.

Room temperature was difficult to regulate. The thermostat turned on the heat when I tried to reset from 65° to 70°. Carpet in front of elevators was threadbare.

The location was perfect! A quick 20 minute drive to downtown Detroit for a concert at Ford Field. The hotel is easily accessible right off the highway yet was quiet as can be. Very friendly staff. Plenty of restaurants within a couple of blocks. very comfortable, clean rooms.

The fitness center was great seeing that we were away from our normal gym to keep on our routine. The room was more than we expected- very clean and comfortable. The location was great for us seeing that we were headed to Detroit to catch a Wings game.

When we arrived the lady at the front desk was nice, told us that she would be right with us but proceeded to talk on her cell phone for what we thought was a personal call (just the way she was talking). When we checked in also I paid online and when she asked me to insert my credit card it was very un clear on what that was for since I kept explaining I had already paid (not knowing this was for incidentals) so maybe explaining a bit better on what people are inserting their credit card for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Breakfast was very good and up to the standard we have come to expect at Hampton Inns. The room was excellent, especially the large walk-in shower. Everything in the room worked as expected and the bed, and bedding, were especially comfortable.

We like it but the door to our room was very hard to open. It was stuck and we had to shove our way through it.

Besides the door to our room there were not very many choices of snacks to choose from from the store and the breakfast was not to be desire.

I really appreciated that the facility was very clean. staff was really nice and attentive.

I did not like that I was over charged for my room. Booking gave me one total however, when I checked in I was charged way more. I also did not like that the chlorine levels in the pool were too high we could not enjoy the pool.

very clean, and friendly staff, the location is great, with shopping and restaurants behind the motel, and easy in and out. There used to be a horse track there. The motel has pictures in the rooms of the track and horses. I like that they incorporated the track

The location is perfect, close to family for us. Expressways, retail shops and restaurants are close as well. We checked out early, so we didn't eat breakfast. We have stayed at this location in the past and we always have a good experience. We love Hampton Inn as a brand in general. Our go to hotel when we travel!!
