Comfort Inn Plymouth

We had reservations. The day we arrived 400,00 people in the surrounding area lost power. There were about 25 kids in the pool when we arrived. The staff was handling the heavy load that was suddenly put on them!!! You cam imagine the job it must have been to feed everyone in the morning!! God knows how it must have been to keep up with all the calls and needs of anxious people. Bravo to the staff!! It could have been a disaster, but you handled it!!! Thank you for making our stay easy amongst your heavy load!!

comfort, excellent breakfast. The young man was on top of replacing items at the breakfast station quickly, and always had a smile. At times, he was moving quickly to get things replenished. He was pleasant and kind. He is an asset to your hotel.

In room 252, the sink needs to have the faucet fixed. Very little pressure for the cold water. Bathroom floor was a bit dirty, and the lighting needs to be brighter.

Breakfast good. Didn’t like the plastic utensils and paper plates. Perhaps a hangover from pandemic restrictions? Still necessary? Some staff were helpful above the call of duty and so pleasant. Some ok but not excellent really. Good parking easy to get around and find things. Nice to have coffee, tea, water available all day. I would stay again. Good value for money. Thank you to all

All the staff were so awesome! we had booked 6 rooms for a family celebration. we also booked a banquet room. the whole weekend was wonderful. the gal that checked us in Aldo works the breakfast room and she was a delight. other front desk staff were so please t too. housekeeping was good. common areas were clean, breakfast room was cozy with delicious hot foods. thank you for a great weekend!

I like that certain staff where very very nice and made me feel so comfortable and welcome

I didnt like that it was this one female front desk very rude and made the stay worse she kept pretty much nagging about things that weren't really things to complain about she was a black older lady

Very nice location especially the room size and inside room facilities excellent calm and quiet. Peaceful atmosphere whenever i will travel any state i will try to find Comfort Inn first. Thanks for remembering. See u next time.

Everything is perfect may be u can do something better in the parking lot sign and parking lines clear. Thanks.

Beds was comfortable had a hot breakfast bar, location wasn't to far from express way.

Was told they have turkey sausage for breakfast but it was pork. So that was a big disappointment but the Waffles was a hit.

Never tried the breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Pretty much all you can ask for. Hotel was in good shape, and you could see that they were doing some upkeep.

The whole place was very nice and clean, the room was great and the beverages available all day is a bonus!

No housekeeping daily you have to grab someone or do it yourself however whatever you need they will give you like clean towels.

Staff was VERY Friendly! Beds were clean with the exception of the couch and stool totally gross falling apart and a LOT of stains!

Coffee Bar in Lobby and Breakfast Service area during Breakfast Hours were dirty Not Cleaned and Not Sanitized Did not clean counters or tables
