Breakfast was great. Specially omelet was best of best. Free drinks and snacks was also great service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, even during a huge winter storm right at Christmas. The cooked to order breakfast was yummy. Room was spacious and comfy. Nice pool, nice excersizing room.

The outlets were kinda loose, hard to keep our chargers plugged in. It was so cold there was ice on the inside of the sliding door, we did have lower than average temps though, but the heat worked good. I wish they had coffee available all day in the lobby but they close it with breakfast. Just minor things, so not bad really.

very nice looking but pool area definitely needs updating. Bar restaurant staff not super welcoming. kinda just stared instead greeting you. Front desk lady was very welcoming

The fact that more than 10-12. kids were running around all of knocking on doors and running playing around in elevators while parents drank and When security would knock on the door of the kids their parents clearly weren’t there so no one was notified and the shenanigans kept going throughout the night late. It was terrible to the point of when the kid knocked on my door I told him if you do it again I will personally take you downstairs and figure out who your parents are

I didnt the remodeling that was going on in the middle of the floor. I also think that they should have adult hours for the swimming pool like from 10:00 pm to midnight. There were far too many children in that pool all day. I went to the desk to complain but they did nothing about it.

Liked pool area. However, supervision was not provided for most of the kids in the pool. Teens were jumping all over my 9, 5 year old grandkids. Two grown woman making out in the pool. We had to go back to the room for a bit due to exposure to this type of behavior in front of kids.

what I like about my stay is the fact that I had 9 10yr olds that were a little loud nothing major just kids being kids but the hotel employees never approached us or said anything about the little noise the kids displayed. overall I really did enjoy our stay and would recommend

to be honest there was nothing I disliked about my stay

something so small there was a note on the elevator giving you directions to get to the pool but it was inaccurate for that particular elevator and I walked around the whole hotel (physically disabled)

Understand covid is somewhat why but I think the pool restrictions could be better. We reserved 2 nights but when we were told we couldn't choose for 2nd day then when we were able it was all booked up. Kinda not fair. Maybe pool time can be chosen when booked 1st come 1st served. Our room was suppose to have a roll in shower but was bathtub hard for my hubby with hip problems to get into. The bed in that room was lower and more uncomfortable for him. Then room next to ours for my kids was higher up. Pool pictures definitely make it look better then it is. No waterfall. And very dark & gloomy. Breakfast was kinda gross.

one elevator was already not working then another elevator stopped working. I also did not enjoy the kid party taking place next year’s my room it was loud and a lot of banging and rumbling

I liked everything about it. It’s peaceful and very comfortable. Definitely coming back

I personally understand that sometimes on the job can get frustrating especially with customer service, but just be mindful of your delivery with customers. It was a guy at the desk and wasn’t sure if the call he was on annoyed him but I felt that energy being transferred onto me which rubbed me the wrong way. He also misgendered me which I don’t care about at all but he didn’t bother to correct his self when he saw my ID and told me what my room was. Like I said, I genuinely do not care but someone might take that personally. As a person that also has a job dealing with customer service, you can’t transfer that energy onto someone else. That’s all
