Sheraton Detroit Novi

Love the Hotel. Love the vinyl flooring vs carpet big upgrade in my book just feels cleaner, and more modern. The bed was very comfy. The pillows (x4) too soft, give too firmer and 2 soft. Loved the BIG TV across from the bed you just can not watch it that well from the couch.

#1 the sheets on our King size bed either were too small or were not properly put on the corners kept popping off. #2 We could not get the menu to scan in and come up on our phones my suggestion is have it come up on the TV so I can call my order in. #3 Put better exhaust fans in the bathrooms, after showering the floor outside the bathroom gets VERY slippery from moisture!! I nearly fell.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. The location of the hotel was close to a lot of places (shopping, food, gas) . The beds were beyond comfy!!

Elevator was ALWAYS down. 3 of us even got stuck in it for over 30 min. They had to call the fire department. The manager's response to the issue was outrageous. This issue was the only problem with the stay.

It is a very clean well kept establishment. Staff were pleasant and helpful. My room was very clean, no smell which I love and the very was pretty nice. I would definitely return.

The breakfast for the price could receive some upgrade although everything was in warmer once I got to my table everything was cold. The coffee is just nasty and too strong. No flavored cream, most of the pastries we’re dry but all the food choices were wonderful just cold.

The room was clean,the only thing I found wrong was the chase lounge , When I booked the room It stated King room with sofa bed but we were given a king room with a chase lounge other than that I enjoyed my stay,thanks to the staff,and they are quick at bringing your amenities right away,I called down for some tissue and before I could sit down a staff member was knocking at the door , I will be coming back soon

our proximity to an air vent on the stairwell (corner room at end of hall) made it very difficult to sleep when children/parties were in the stairwell. the air vent magnified the noise and brought it right to our door!

Great location, bed and pillows comfy, helpful and friendly staff. Advertises you must pay for wifi in rooms but we were given an access code for wifi. Also if you are a Marriot Bonvoy member you get free internet.

Price of room was a bit high. No breakfast included.

Overall very clean, very friendly staff.

The overall facility were clean and nice. Only seemed to be one working elevator and long lines at points to get on them. Stairways were dirty and dark, felt you were going from a nice place to an abandoned building walking into them. The bar area seemed to be seriously understaffed the woman behind the bar did an amazing job but could have used two more people to help her

It’s the amenities that come with the hotel. It’s been freshly remodeled. The sheets are soft. And all the staff had smiles. Which is very hard to come by in Detroit.

Other hotels in the chain have a couple perks that this hotel does not offer. But I understand Detroit is not a major vacation location.

The cleanliness, the amenities, the bed. I was impressed with the choices on the television package in the room.

Would like to see a full length mirror in room for dressing.

I love that the hotel has a restaurant inside of the hotel! You can order from your room by calling the operator and they’ll call your room back when your order is ready! This was an awesome experience especially because I wanted to really enjoy my baecation and I didn’t wanna leave the hotel a lot during my stay.

The pool was closed due to COVID but I definitely understand that. It’s for our safety and protection... with that being said the only real complaint is that I didn’t have a microwave in my room.
