I loved the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room. The location was excellent for the event we were attending.

There seemed to be alot of handicapped parking spaces when we checked in, but when we returned from our event, they were all taken. I know it's not the fault of the hotel, but a few cars seemed to be parked there with no visible handicapped license or tags on the mirrors .We really could have used one as we had to park in one of the farthest spots away and I do have a tag.

the guy working Thursday night and the lady Saturdays morning were Excellent Coffee in room was nice bed was comfortable and nice amount of electric plugs . Like noon check out

Kept running out of breakfast. Sunday people, actually went behind curtain to get condiments went up front to tell them 😑 lady said someone is back there Guy came and filled plates and stuff

The bathroom is so well lit, and the access is great. The rooms are fresh and clean, and the staff were attentive to our needs.

The breakfast was adequate. Everything is pre-cooked and processed. There is fresh fruit, which is a plus and the coffee was good. A warm cereal option would be nice.

Everything! Overall it was perfect. The beds were comfy, the natural light was perfect and the shades pulled made it super dark. The mini fridge is hidden in a dresser, it was really nice. The breakfast was really good, my 10yo & 3yo were pleased!

The bathtub had pubic hair in it and on the shower curtain

A lot of hair left in the bath tub and some hair on night stand. The first replacement room had malfunctioning lights. No complementary water, no water for sale and wasn't made aware of a water fountain (maybe there was one but nobody mentioned it after i asked about complimentary water and water for sale).

Very strange, bad, setup to turn on bathroom lights. Switch at entryway had to be turned on to activate the bathroom lights. Going to bathroom night was impossible not to turn on main lights on rest of people. Way overly complicated.

Hotel was very clean and well worth the price. Very friendly and courteous staff!

Breakfast was non-existant. Pre-wrapped pastries was all that was offered and the restaurant was not open at all. I wouldn't sell that as breakfast included.

Good locantion - near highway and shopping plazas. New and clean facility, friendly staff. Very nice size of a room, comfortable furniture inside. Restaurant and bar inside the hotel.

Cleaning crew should pay a bit more attention to the shower cleaning.

Great staff, great environment. We had a warm welcome every time we walked by the front desk. Room was spacious.

The breakfast was a little skimpy - could have had more variety.

Very modern and clean. Nice hygiene products in the room. The iron, fridge, microwave, and moving table were greatly appreciated. There are abundance of plugs and ports in the room too, thanks!
