Even though food is pricey, it is delicious. Location is excellent, and you can get to terminal within an hour if you fly internationally with Delta during non-busy time. The room is nice, comfortable, and clean. The room service is great and the staff are friendly. They help bringing your luggage all the way to your room and to your flight check-in if you fly with Delta.

Everything is pricey because it is closed to the airport. The internet is expensive if you want to have decent video experience, and sometimes not stable during the late night. The indoor dining menu is short if you plan to stay for a week. Ordering food delivery outside of the hotel would require you to walk all the way to the valet area to get you food.

The room service was great - After missing our connection we were tired and hungry. We got a late night burger (cooked to order) and a nice salad. No plastic utensils. An early flight meant an early breakfast - 6:30 am. The breakfast, cooked perfectly and hot, arrived at 6:29. So excellent! After breakfast, we checked out and went directly into the airport terminal (we had no bags since they were busy being lost in Atlanta). Fantastic!

Oddly, the pillows were too big. While great for propping yourself up, there's no way you could use them to put your head on while sleeping.

I booked the hotel because it was in the Delta terminal, and I wanted a place to sleep before a very early morning flight. That proved to be exceptionally helpful, as well when, at 10:30 p.m. when I was unable to rebook my plane ticket on line. No problem, I just walked over to the check-in counter at the terminal, and rebooked my ticket with an agent. I have no idea how many hours on the phone that saved me. I also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The room was very quiet. COVID protocols were well-posted and well-observed. That helped me to feel safe.

I was astonished that I was charged $14.95 for internet service in my room. It has been years since I've been charged extra for internet. I also did not like the way the TV monitor was on and playing when I entered the room. It took me awhile to figure out how to turn it off. I spent too much time trying to sync my phone with the screen (as requested), then not understanding how to turn the screen off. Finally I realized that I didn't need to do any of that to to get rid of the screen --. I found an actual controller and shut the whole thing down so that I could relax and concentrate on my work.

Great rooms and design with the fourth floor and above facing the central plaza. Staff was friendly and professional. Food and drink was excellent.

Need to pay attention to details. Wallpaper was peeling in some areas and device doors need repairing and repainting. However, these were just minor things.

Was so easy for us to connect and meet up with my family who traveled separately while needing to be at airport super early for next day flights. It was so easy to get from hotel to the terminal. We were on Delta so it was right at the hotel entrance.

It was pretty pricey for an overnight airport stay

The property was super clean! considering that it is part of the terminal it was exceptionally quiet!! The bed was perfect comfortable & cozy. This hotel was great! I would stay here again & recommend others to do so as well 😄

The only thing I didn’t like is how far you had to walk from the valet to the front desk.

The room was nice. There were many things to see like the planes from my window, the restaurants and artwork from my level on the 8th floor, the pool and gym, and the smell of the whole building was amazing.

I liked everything.

the convenience of leaving my room 30 minutes before my flight and getting directly to my gate is unmatched. the front desk agent Malia was awesome and very helpful and friendly

Stayed overnight to catch an early flight, and I cannot overstate how amazing it is to have a hotel right in the terminal of the airport. No shuttles necessary! Made catching our early flight with kids so much easier.
