The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful, we even had Amazon packages delivered to the hotel and they kept them for us until we checked in. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The breakfast was a bit lackluster. To start, the waffle batter was slow to come out of the machine, the juice machine wasn't working at all, and the coffee machine made coffee so thick you couldn't drink it. The attendant advised that I mix half coffee with half hot water and that seemed to help.

The staff was great at the front desk, very convenient to shopping areas and Michigan Adventures. The pool water was warm, and beds were comfortable.

Outdated, needs a deep cleaning, and pools have a rough bottom - many scrapes on the kids feet.... Had 4 different rooms and none of the freezers worked in the fridges.

Very easy to find from the highway. Clean facilities. Helpful staff. Updated bathroom!! Good breakfast.

It was great! Stayed there two years ago and wasn’t pleased with the place. They have done some updating and policy changes that have been for the better!

Available, close to where I needed to be, friendly staff, maintained and up kept property. Room was comfortable and clean for the most part. My only complaint was the floors in my room were needed cleaning!

probably the location. But it was close to where I needed to be and I did feel safe on my second floor. Lack of central elevator seemed very strange.

The pool area was amazing, not too much chlorine in the hot tub or pool. Great for the kids as they have arcade games In the pool room as well. Rooms were relatively clean, TV was nice. Overall, pretty good experience.

The people that were next to us were blasting music and screaming, we called the front desk and they took care of it and made them leave so pleased about that. Otherwise, it would have been Impossible to sleep even with ear plugs in.

I would say the breakfast the toaster either burned your bread or not toasted it at all. would be nice if there was some kind of meat either bacon or sausage would be nice

I had hoped the room had been taken better care of. But I guess I could have asked for more.

I requested a cot on booking site, received an email saying it would be granted. But we got there they said they didn’t have any. The pool wasn’t clear foggy water

There isn't an elevator. If you have heavy luggage and or a cooler, you're going to have to lug it up two flights of stairs.

Friendly staff, clean bedding, clean room. Carpets are dirty but it's an old hotel. All appliances in room worked great and air conditioning worked great! The pool was great. Their was a hot tub too! You get grab and go breakfast that consisted of breakfast sandwiches, cereal, pastries, juice, and coffee.

The shower water pressure was barely their. You only got the most if it was all the way on hot and that was barely anything. The outside pool was a little dirty with debris like leaves. It also cost more when I booked 7 days ahead than when I looked the day before. I looked to just see on available rooms and it cost $70 less if I had booked the day before I needed the reservation.
