The room is a great size for 2! The beds are comfortable. The small kitchen with microwave, fridge and utensils are great additions. The staffs are friendly! We like the location, close to freeway and to some nice restaurant and grocery store. The breakfast has good selections and the coffee is good too!

The tile floor at entry and the sink in the small kitchen were not clean! There were smudges on the carpet and closet handles. We could hear the the footsteps upstairs, even the phone vibrations at night when it’s quiet! But the noise didn’t really bother us at night since we were so tired every night!

The location was great. It was very quiet - you didn't hear other guests. It was very clean and the room was spacious.

The light in the bathroom was on an automatic sensor. So it turned on no matter what (2 AM bathroom run) and turned off while you were in the shower. The front desk had no solution for this problem. When we made up the sleeper sofa, there wasn't a blanket/comforter. Only sheets and a thin cover/bedspread. All the front desk had was another set of sheets/bedspread. We weren't able to get a blanket for the pull-out bed. We had to sleep in sweater and sweatpants and buy a blanket for the second night. The amount of body gel for the shower provided for a room that slept 3 (and should be able to sleep up to 6) was woefully inadequate. The front desk willingly supplied more, but there should have been more in the room.

The hotel was clean, and comfortable with a welcoming feel. The suite was clean and spacious. I loved the kitchenette! The pool was small, but it wasn’t crowded so it was fine, and it was perfect for my children.

I was under the impression that there would be a full breakfast with both hot and cold items. Instead they only had a few microwave breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, mini muffins, and oatmeal (we had to ask for bowls). There were no towels at the pool so I had to call down to the front desk to request some. Beth Ann the manager wasn’t very customer oriented. Everyone else was pleasant.

A brand new facility, everything is fresh. Lots of parking available. Friendly stafff. Once Covid-19 restrictions are over, a hot breakfast will make it a MUST stay in hotel. Pre-packed breakfast did not have lots of choices for our diet (Mulsim Family), when we complained, we were offered a free breakfast from Panera Bread near by ($39 cost) to ensure we were satisfied and asked what else can they add to the next day breakfast to ensure we have a good breakfast. Simply, Amazing customer service.

Pool was ready to use, but the hotel did not receive the certification yet, we were not able to use it, however, this did not affect how great the hotel was.

Good sized rooms, great gym, friendly staff and a nice pool.

The shower is poor - not so much the shower head but the floor. The water easily rolls onto the floor and makes a mess of the bathroom floor requiring the towels to mop it up. The pool could be warmer as well. Breakfast was mediocre

Room was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen set-up was very nice and helpful. Loved the fuller-sized fridge.

Breakfast didn't live up to expectations. The selections weren't complete - no milk for the cereal and no oatmeal or pancakes/waffles available. Also, the pool was a little small, especially with a lot of people using it, and no hot tub. The towels had run out when we went to swim and I didn't get to swim with my family.

Room and cleanliness. Quiet. Staff.

Bathroom lighting was too bright. Shower valve was hard to operate. Bathroom door was difficult to operate. Egg dishes were stale and tables were not clean at breakfast.

Clean, private and well kept. Very close is a Buddy’s pizza. Staff helpful.

Advice to management: Please give the cleaning staff proper equipment. The vacuum cleaner was a lumber-some hulk that could not clean corners. The room cleaner didn’t even have a brush to sweep the corners of the room or bathroom. Proper vacuum cleaner with a hose should clear that up.

Hotel was clean, well maintained. Many good breakfast options--very nice to have this included. Room had sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, was very roomy. All very pleasant.

Toilet did not flush properly when I arrived--was clogged, but staff was nice and able to fix it.
