location, heat worked great and quiet - thought we would hear the planes since we were next to the airport but we didn’t The front staff were very professional.

just dated (shower curtain, thin towels) but for the price you can’t find a better hotel

I liked the free upgrade to the third floor. Last year I stayed in a more basic room on second floor and wasn't too impressed

Breakfast . Line up for toaster, could only toast two slices at a time and everyone wanted toast that day...big line up. Too much ice in the fridge/freezer in the room. Bathroom needed an upgrade. Mini toilets (I liked it but I'm short. For average height or tall, will feel like ur squatting)

Our room had been renovated recently and was well done. I really liked the MID-Century style. The entire bathroom was clean and looked brand new. The tub/shower area was a bright white which I loved. We stayed in 6 different hotels during our trip and this was the only adjustable shower head that worked correctly. 🚿 👍🏻

I chose this hotel mostly because it had a pool, but I was disappointed. It was covered, unusable and had been for some time. Also, two small issues. The lights were not bright enough, especially at the bathroom sink and closet area. There needed to be a written guide to tv channels in the room. The lineup was confusing; I couldn't get to the channels I wanted to watch. Neither of those last two affected my stay, but needed to be mentioned.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I felt that my comfort and well being were formost goal. I forgot to pack a shave kit. It had medication in it. I called regarding it, it was quickly located and arrangements were made for its return. Also appreciated the bag to put dirty laundry in.

The alarm clock was missing a battery and was non functioning. The shower curtain didn't close easily.

The front desk young man was very attentive..professional and was an absolute joy. Give him a raise, ok?

Just a suggestion..but?It might be a good idea to glue a couple or three non-skid pads to the bottom of all the tubs. I felt anxious about slipping & falling in the tub, ok?. Just a suggestion. Also...I stayed at a Shell resort in Cornville, Az recently & they provided bound paper booklet beside the TV that gave a complete list of all channels for the TV programs. It made it so easy to pick & choose what was available to watch..&when. Made it so simple to locate channels without having to flip thru channels one at a time!

This was a great place for a first time visitor such as myself. The rooms were nice and clean, the staff was amazing especially John at the front desk. Breakfast was good and fresh. Great value for your money for sure!

The only complaint I have is the parking. I had to park next door at Bob Evans because the parking lot was full.

Your staff on day and night were polite and friendly and very welcoming. They were each very accommodating in providing us with a warm welcome. The room was real clean and comfortable Ali was extremely personal and pleasant in conversation. He expressed genuine interest in helping us with get our vouchers through Delta for our food and accommodations that were unexpected since our flight was cancelled. You graciously helped us recover our lost Toyota key fob that fell out of our pocket while we traversed in your airport shuttle. Your nite driver was a very pleasant man who engaged us in good conversation. He offered information to help accommodate us during our layover. Thank you to all for caring so much.

Add more fruit option to breakfast like bananas and also some yogurt. The decor is very out dated. The lobby needs a facelift.

Only 2 things were unacceptable 1 1 sat at the airport for almost 2 hours calling repeatedly for shuttle service. The driver not of u.s. decent claimed he was waiting for me for 25 minutes. Impossible since I waited 2 hrs and the police won't let shuttles sit more than 5 minutes 2 the toilet leaks at the floor and obviously has been but the can't fix it yet keep renting the room out

Everything went fine. The clerks at the front when we checked in and when we left, were extremely nice and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean, and the bed is comfy. Appreciated the handy desk and the nice armchair. Glad to see a fridge and microwave, though we didn't need them this trip. Airport shuttle came promptly. Breakfast sufficient and appreciated, but very basic.

The room was freezing cold when we first got in, and then we couldn't lower the heater enough when it became too warm. The towels are inadequate thin strips, nearly useless. If they are so small and nonabsorbent, you should provide more than 1 per person. Not enough electrical outlets, and the one under the desk is very hard to reach

The people were kind

Pool was closed, had to report broken door, a toilet and our one room smelled like smoke before we even brought our bags inside. The manager was very good about everything and made sure we didn’t get charged and room with everything broken we got moved to another room.
