The room was clean, updated and very comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was nice but only for one person. The king bed was comfortable with nice big, king sized pillows! The main lobby was neat, clean and the staff was very polite, pleasant and friendly. She was very helpful and accommodating.

Our room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. They did offer a first floor room with 2 queen rooms, no jacuzzi. We opted to remain in our original room. The breakfast consisted of just waffles. The creamer for coffee was curdled. Be sure to fill the jacuzzi tub WAY past the jets before turning on. We tried to figure out how to turn it on as the button on the tub didn’t work, it was just the timer on the wall. when we did the wall switch, water sprayed EVERYWHERE! We laughed as it was our own fault and we cleaned up the mess as we did have plenty of towels. Memories made! Lol

The coffee was very good, and the breakfast offerings were pretty good.

It was very annoying that both room keys had to be reactivated every 2 days. We would get all the way to the room, and then had to go back down to the desk. We asked for housekeeping service on a certain day, but housekeeper did not get the message. However, she immediately cleaned for us when we came back that day at 3:30.

The location was great! The room was super clean and comfortable. Everyone was super friendly and super helpful. I forgot my earrings and we came back and the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful in assisting us to get my earrings back.

The bathroom tile didn’t look super clean like it kinda looks like it is moldy but overall the room seemed super clean.

Booking.com promised king room and hotel stated there were no king rooms available at time of booking. There were only queen rooms available and so that is what we were given. We intentionally booked this room and hotel for the king. Disappointing.

Breakfast wasn't a breakfast worth the time. But I loved the room and my grandchild loved the pool. Also the free Wi-Fi and the cable tv was great. Thank you very much.

There was no shower curtain so the whole floor was wet and I almost fell 3 times. The Keurig machine didn't work, told the staff but nothing happened. There were 3 of us so there wasn't enough towels. Air conditioner: either freezing or sweating. There was no middle.

Dawn the desk manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. Addressed our needs personally.

Housekeeping staff had to be constantly reminded to remove trash from outside our door since they don't clean room unless requested.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Staff at check in was very kind and informative.

The window in the room has a draft coming through. Only one entrance to parking lot. Missed the hotel due to lack of proper entrance sign (too small to see from the road)

Waffles are always a winner, but for those who wish to avoid carbs, it would have been much better to be offered eggs.

Lack of parking in front of facility where it was much better lighted and then having to walk around to the front in the dark because the back door by where I parked did not work with key card.

Very clean, very nice. Water for shower was a bit cool but was comfortable. I like really hot water. We needed to take extra blankets in. The beds were amazing, they had a cool assortment of different firmness of pillows. The place was very classy for the price. We were very satisfied.

The staff was exceptional, very polite and answered all questions.

My room was on side of main road could hear cars all night. I live in the country and on a very quiet road not used to traffic/city sounds.
