I've stayed at this property many times over the years and always come back because it's quiet, the owners are friendly and the rooms are always clean. My family owned a Best Western for 20 years , so I'm a little critical on where i stay, and I've never been disappointed with this property. I travel the state doing pumpkin/fruit carving shows and at the end of the day I need a hot shower, a quiet room, and a comfortable bed and always get it here

location good. cleanliness very good.

When we booked this location, it stated there was an indoor pool, we were sent a text a week before stating the pool was closed. We were very disappointed. THE were totally covered so we couldn't see if it was being worked on. We have the feeling it hasn't been in working order for a long time. If it is out of order then they should not state they have a pool.

It was the absolute cleanest and neat hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Absolutely amazing for an older property. Sure the decor was a little dated but the neatness and cleanliness more than makes up for decor.

This hotel was very comfortable, clean and super nice to deal with. Highly recommend and will stay again if ever in area! The bed was absolutely wonderful and we slept like babies.

Parking was a little odd, but managed just fine

the cleanliness of the grounds and hotel , i did not expect that after seeing the older hotel next to it. but i was very pleased.

It was very clean, very quiet, very comfortable, very friendly.

The only problem was that we were on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. However, they did offer to help us carry our suitcases to the room. The exercise was probably good for us!

Good location for attending Allegan Antique Market. Room was very clean. Breakfast was pretty good!

Beds were a bit firm for us.

The room was a nice size, the bed was comfortable as was the sofa, and the bathroom was very big with a magnifying mirror and good hair dryer on the wall. Staying here exceeded my expectations.

As in many hotels, the lighting isn’t as bright as I would like. Also, we would have appreciated an outlet on both sides of the bed; there was only one. Otherwise we were very happy.

The Inn keepers were very welcoming. Loved the wooded setting around the inn. The room was very clean & all the necessities were there.

Breakfast was ho hum. Could just be me. Too much white flour products.

Great little place to stay. Room was super clean. Had the hot tub in the room, it was spotless and worked great.
