They had 24 hr shuttle service to and from airport. (& Other places) We arrived about 1am due to delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Pools looks super fun. We didn't use it. They have exercise room, but we were in a hurry to get to the next leg of our trip. As always, the dates and pillows are why we ALWAYS choose Comfort Inn!!!!

I thought it was pricey this time. We usually get better rates. Especially going through Booking.com. Not sure why that was a thing this time.

The location was great and the new decorating was very nice. The yellow was a great touch. Made it feel modern. I only stayed 1 night but the staff was no nice when I checked in at 10:30 pm.

I wish the shuttle schedules were more accessible. I arrived late and did not know if a shuttle was available. Paid a cab a crazy amount to get there. The next day I had to ask about shuttle times. Wish they had been in the room or posted at the desk.

Location was great, close to the Mall of America. The breakfast buffet was really good and well maintained. The room was a comfortable temperature at all times. The front desk area is really nice, the furniture throughout the main floor was modern. I really liked the courtyard. My family enjoyed using the pool.

The bed was uncomfortable for me, my children were okay with it. We found a Goldfish cracker on the floor by the night stand, we didn't bring any Goldfish crackers. The breakfast buffet area got busy fast and there isn't really anywhere for a family of 4 to sit in the hotel room to eat breakfast besides the desk with a chair.

The shuttle from airport to hotel, wonderful service very polite driver at midnight! The gentleman at front desk was very kind to me and assisted me with a parking situation that he easily took care of for me. My room was clean but old, old facility the carpet was dirty the room dark and bathroom was a poor design. I would stay again as I know what to expect. The staff I encountered is the thing that made mine a pleasant stay. No breakfast, although advertised they did serve breakfast 6am - 9:30am that was a bit disappointing, I like coffee at least.

The bathroom design, the door opened right up against the sink/vanity so the door had to be closed at all times while sink was in use. Poor lighting in the room as well as bathroom.

My room was clean, quiet, and private. The bed was quite comfortable and the WiFi was reliable. Free coffee was available in the lobby and there was a coffee pot in the room. The free breakfast was good.

No written or verbal notice or that guests had to sign up for the airport shuttle. (Or I didn't see any written notice!) So, the shuttle I intended to take was full. There were other guests in the same situation, so to its credit, the hotel immediately provided a second shuttle. I highly recommend that each room have a reminder about the shuttle and the receptionist reminds the guests when they check in.

The hotel is close to the airport. Shuttle is reliable , it runs every hour, even during the night. Staff is nice, pool was warm and clean and not too full of people. Breakfast was pleasant. Rooms are nice and spacious. Wi-Fi worked well. There is a Walmart in walking distance, about 12 minutes away. I walked to the Mall of Amerika; it was about 30 minutes.

Everything..I want to thank the front desk who upon my arrival on the 18 th of july 2022..Because when I arrived , I gave my name as I had made my reservation on line..when the gentleman said he couldn't find my name I said that's impossible I have a confirmation here..well upon looking at it I had got my date wrong when I reserved ! I made it fir the 19 th..omg now what ? Well there was another clerk at the front desk who stopped what he was (as there were others being checked into rooms that night ) he went on the computer said there was 1 room left, a king bed and sofa sleeper.I was so grateful as I had already driven 9 hours to get there and even tho my reservation was for the 19th of July. He accommodated me.Thank you for understanding. Being retired I pretty much don't pay attention to dates. ..with that said I decided to book the room for 2 days rather than just for overnight.The staff is awesome.

location was perfect for the airport. staff at the front desk were very attentive to guests and great with questions. we did add the park and fly option through them and it saved us a lot. our first room had a strong smoke smell but was clean. I asked the front desk for spray to use or something. they didn’t hesitate to give me a different room and did say it’s a non smoking hotel but it’s hard to get the smell out especially in the summer with air conditioning. they were very accommodating The other rooms had no smoke smell.

A little dated but overall clean.

The airport shuttle was such a blessing. That aspect exceeded our expectations. We called the hotel when we arrived at the airport at 1am and a shuttle picked us up 10 minutes later. Our departing flight was early. We were able to schedule the shuttle for 4:30 am. It was so convenient. The attached Outback Steakhouse was great. Breakfast was decent.

It's not the most modern but if you just need somewhere to shower, sleep, and relax--it's fine.

the location is great. shuttle to the mall of America leaves every 2 hours, but honestly you could walk there if you really wanted. if you go to MOA on the shuttle get the shuttle phone # from the front desk so you can call to arrange a ride back. the staff was very nice. Outback Steakhouse connected to hotel. microwave in the room and also the bed was very comfy. it is the best sleep I have gotten in a while.

everything was good except I think the plumbing needs some work. sometimes the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, and in the bathroom once I briefly smelled some backup coming from the toilet.
