Modern clean hotel close to the Airport.Great Breakfast. Loved the stylish bathroom with the large walk in shower. Very comfortable beds.

Due to vicinity of the airport and an Interstate it was a bit on the noisy side. You have to pay 15$ to park your car on the parking lot of the hotel!

I couldn’t cancel one room as I no longer needed two rooms the day we left. One party couldn’t come with us. I only needed one room. But I’m not sure if I’ve been charged for both rooms three nights each. The lady at the front said I could cancel by calling booking.com but i couldn’t reach anyone.

The hotel was easy to get to and simple to check in and out. And it wasn’t such a huge hotel that you have to walk forever. The breakfast was good, the one hard part was not having space to put your plate to put the food on your plate. Kept thinking my plate would fall. The staff was really good and attentive. I had a hard time finding where to meet the shuttles to get back to the hotel and the lady on the phone was really helpful and patient. So I could find my way back.

I should of ordered a bigger room but so biggy.

The breakfast was good. It could vary your menu.

The pool. No bar. The shuttle will go the supermarket or pharmacy. The needs to know the city area and restaurants around the area

The breakfast was great. We stayed long enough to have breakfast for 3 mornings and there was something different every morning. The room was a great size. The shower was great size and always had hot water. It was in a great location and parking on site.

We didn't like that the Chrome Cast wouldn't work in our room. The hallway off the elevator also smelled like weed all the time. Luckily it didn't reach our room.

Clean, comfortable, modern, quiet, even with several teens on our floor. Good breakfast.

$15 parking fee was a disturbing surprise

great location with a free bus transfer to and from the airport also to the mall of America, staff were reassuring with the 2 tornado warnings we had and having zero knowledge of what to do the hotel staff were very quick to help and reassure my safety

OMG...it was more than I imagined. Hotel staff friendly and courteous. Hotel is 2 years old, super clean and sanitized. Breakfast was amazing. Room was large, clean with a refreshing fragrance in the air. Equipped with refrigerator, microwave and Kureq coffee maker. I didn't pack swimsuit, and the pool was calling my name each time I walked passed it. Outback restaurant within walking distance, or delivery available. Shuttle pick up and return to airport was on time. Driver friendly and courteous Can't wait to return, I will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express.

Hotel does not have dine in facility although there is a restaurant nearby. It becomes challenging, however, to walk in -4 F temp. to the resto..i was fortunate so got to place last minute order for food there else it closes for food order at 930.

Are room was clean, and the housekeeping ladies were super nice if I asked for something, breakfast was great in the morning!

The only bad thing was the parking situation. We drove so we could come n go as we pleased but if we got back to the hotel after dark there was literally NO place to park!
