Wasn't far from the mall of America the receptionist said we could walk if wanted

That do to the covid it didn't serve breakfast only coffee n juice and it didn't have a pool or hot tub when I booked it I thought it said it did also didn't really care that it was kinda close to the interstate but was ok so you some loud traffic going thru at night with loud exhaust let's just say and the fact the room didn't have microwave like most do

The location was good the guy at the front desk was nice. We were very tired from our long trip so he got us checked in quickly. Building was clean too.

We weren’t able to use the side door with our card key to get in and bring it was very cold out that day it made the trip to the main entrance from the side parking lot seem much longer.

It was very secure. You have to have a room key to enter the front door. It is an older property but very clean and well maintained.

Parking lot is a little small. We do have a large pickup truck and had to park in the side lot because we wouldn’t have been able to back out if a stall in the front of the building.

I liked the location-- it was across the street from a Walmart so that it is easy to buy food, or any toiletry items that you may have forgotten. I also left an item of sentimental value in my room-- I called the hotel afterwards, and they shipped the item to me. I received it safely in the mail today, and I am very thankful for their willingness to provide this service.

The walls were a little thin, so sometimes you can hear voices from neighboring rooms. No refrigerator in room.

The room was nice an comfortable also the AC felt amazing with it being so hot outside

You guys need to do a better job with the TV's jus mount them on the wall I had a hard time trying to connect my game

It was very clean and the staff was very nice. The rooms were spacious.

this property is right by the airport and highway, but it isn’t in a great neighborhood. so I would not recommend going outside at night.

I like the rooms and the fact that we had our own bedroom, washer and dryer’s in the unit. All I can say is that it was a great place and would definitely come back.

That we couldn’t find the pool. Besides that everything was great.

Nice suburban location close to everything. Nicely furnished well appointed and decorated suite. Tasty continental breakfast and cordially welcoming staff which adds to your enjoyable stay in The Twin Cities, Minnesota.

Everything this place is one of the best places. Management took very good care even when I had a problem with my charge. Housekeeper were very hard working and pleasant. I will always come back. One of the best. Breakfast the so good so much to choose from.

The charge was wrong but management did the right thing and fixed it. It really wasn't a problem.

The breakfast is only a banana 🤣 the staff is poorly far as great customer service I like the location convenient for work

Needs better customer service not professional at all rooms aren't very clean either
