I liked the location, and the ease of getting on and off the interstate. I liked the many activities that were offered to the kids for entertainment. The staff were great even when they were tired. I liked the room size, amenities, and cleanliness.

I would have liked to have had one more sit down restaurant option that was more fancy casual. I would have liked to see a Starbucks or Caribou coffee added. I'm sorry, but Dunkin Donuts coffee really tastes terrible. A curtain dividing the bunk beds from the adult bed goes a long way for parents to enjoy each others company without prying eyes getting more than they bargained for.

very clean, fun atmosphere, decorated well, tons of interactive things for kids, bar in the waterpark. very fun place for everyone in the family to enjoy themselves.

not everything was open as far as restaurants and attractions including water slides. water slides that were supposed to open up according to the signage (that we were standing in line for) never did and the park without any notice shut down from 1-4:45. no hot tub. left feeling like we didn’t get the full experience but wish we had because it’s such a cool place. the character experiences are fun for small kids but would have rather been able to use all the watersides it’s the reason we came.

The food we had was very good. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was very friendly. The room was a good size had plenty of room.

Was hard to find a parking spot. The water park was very crowded. We ordered food on the app from the restaurant when we went to pick it up it was given to someone else. The water park closed at 8:00 pm

Location was great! Visited MOA.

The rooms seem out dated. Not sure if the shower was stained or if it was meant to have marks. Ultimately for the cost i would have liked to have housekeeping make the beds our second night.

We ended up booking our stay last minute and our kids had a blast at the water park. Our room and beds were comfortable and we loved that we could stay at the water park the whole next day for our 1 night reservation.

Only complaint would be really cold AC (probably a non problem for most folks) and late open for the water park (10 am.)

I liked the variety they have for the kids too play in the water park. They also have story time for the kids and other activities. Very close to the Mall of America There's enough elevators, because when the water park closes there alot of people trying to get back to their rooms. They also have a Dunkin Donuts and Ben and Jerry's on sight! A convenient shop and a Build a Bear shoppe are also located there.

We thought the room would be a little bigger. I thought the Bunkbeds would be in an adjacent room and not together with the queen bed. For the price it was fair.

The staff was extremely nice. When i asked for more towels with the app i got them right away.

This is the second Great wolf log that i have been too. This one was good but one thing that i wish it had was a adult hot tub. The other thing i had an issue with is the a/c when it went off it was load. When i was checking out i did notice trash on the floor near the arcade area. This was at 7 am in the morning. Did not get my invoice for my stay 24 hours after check out. Was asked to provide a day to talk about stay and never received a call on day i was available.

my rooms was a bit expensive for the quality, I expected more for the price. Bedding quality was poor.

The place was fun. not to crowded. Lines were kid of long for slides. Check in was quick and easy. Room was nice.

SO EXPENSIVE! wow. I knew it was going to be an expensive weekend, but it really was more expensive than I was planning. The pool hours weren't as long as we wanted for the price we paid. Checkin at 4pm, but pool closes at 8, at $50 per kid (aprx) YIKES! Then the next morning, not open until 10, with checkout at 11. again, YIKES! I paid a lot to have very limited, convenient pool access.

I would be nice to know that you get charged for those cheap ass pool towel 30 that I left in the hotel room. I would like to have gotten more heads up that it was that much. I felt like that kinda scammed me on that
