great convention center. amazing staff, especially Nicholas at the front desk & the manager of the convention food service & staff. wonderful convention food & service + accommodations. bar staff, food & drinks were also great. location was great and easy to find. plenty of outside food options within walking distance, and it was easy to navigate to the major local attractions. best pillows of any hotel, ever. tried to purchase but was denied. 😉

Guest rooms were old & outdated, very few outlets - zero USB outlets = very difficult to do business on a business trip. I’ve heard that remodeling starts on the rooms in late 2023 - excited to see how that turns out! Starbucks was self-service and difficult - and still $$$. minimal and overpriced convenience breakfast options onsite.

The interior was well put together everything looked nice the pool was clean and was not overwhelming with the smell of chlorine. And the fresh cookies at check in were an amazing surprise!!

Buying snacks kinda late the person didn't seem to want to ring us up at the front desk on the second night but everything worked out anyway, later found out that the system was down but he was able to write down the items and charge the room when the system was back online

It was nice and clean, great view, loved the pool and hot tub! It had a few restaurants around the area, along with places to get coffee. It was only 10 minutes from the mall of America and about 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis!

The only thing we didn’t like were the rooms were a bit small, but we didn’t spend much time in it anyways!

This was the best stay I have had in my adult life. I was traveling along with three children, and I felt safe and secure everywhere. The pool side room was very nice and handy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but great thing of all was the kindness and professionalism from the whole staff. I will be staying here every single time I return to the area!

The pool was not being used on Saturday evening, so it was like a private spa experience. It was quiet and comfortable in the hotel even though there was a huge event going on.

When the hotel is full, it is difficult to find parking.

Most of the day it was quiet which was nice as I love my beauty sleep. The hot tub is nicely sized and perfect to relax in. The whole downstairs area, even though parts of it were under construction, was very nice to look at. If you can, stay on the higher leveled floors as the view of the sunset is amazing.

The pillows weren't very comfortable and the king-sized bed was too short for me at 5'7. Hallway is pretty loud as the walls are thin. The building is kind of ugly and is the tallest building for a little while, so it looks out of place.

it was beautiful, the room was spacious and pretty inviting.

the bed was terribly uncomfortable- and we stayed in a big suite, it wasn’t comfortable.

. Front desk was great. Nick was the best. John was great at the bar and Brad as always was great in dining

parking was a little difficult and finding the main front entrance was a drive around.
