Courtyard by Marriott Edina Bloomington

Staff modeled professionalism despite the possibility of being under staffed. I am sold on Courtyard/Fairfield by Marriott. due to my current stays at these hotels in MN, KS, and TX. Keep up the GREAT work because we will be back. ;) Thank you very much for bringing hospitality back to hotels.

A/C was just a bit cold -[ I am not used to indoor A/C because I just relocated from rural AK where indoor A/C is not needed. It doesn't even fit the "doesn't like" box. I had my sweater. ;)

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable! I liked the stories of BonVoy travel. :) Relaxing!

Upon checking, the front desk didn't inform me of incidental or holding fees. Therefore, I didn't know how much would be held during my stay. No introduction of hotel or amenities on-site. Just given the key to the room. Customer service could have been better.

Everything seems brand new. Interior colors are muted, grey, taupe, cream, with a touch of green, so restful but not dull. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I called the front desk to ask if there was any hand lotion I could purchase at their convenience store. He said no,but they had little complementary bottles...and he brought some up to my room for me! It's location is convenient for business travelers and for tourists and families headed for the Mall of America - convenient yet far from the madding crowd. Whether you are going to specifically visit the Twin Cities,or are just passing through, the Courtyard Edina Bloomington is the place to stay.

There was nothing I didn't like. I wish I could just live here.

Nice quiet place off the freeway. seeing the wild turkeys on property was neat. The staff was very welcoming from the front desk personal to the dude clean the property.

My son wanted a breakfast pizza but were sold out. But hey that’s life. He got Perkins then Gordys Hi- Hat on the way home.

fridge didn't work right, spoiled my food. Several very noisy guests on my floor and the next room - almost the entire night!!! Loud TV & radio, jumping on bed, kids running, baby crying, parents yelling, dog barking in the hall being walked past my door (a few times). Went on till early morning, about 4am .

Very comfortable beds and couch the shower is exceptional. Quiet location.

Does not include breakfast. I have been told that prior to covid they had an exceptional breakfast I have stayed here several times and I'm waiting to see when it comes back.

This was by far one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in-the facility was clean, rooms beautiful,loved walk in shower. Beds very comfortable. Had breakfast-not complimentary but good. The front staff and manager were very friendly and accommodating. Best deal we’ve had in a long time. Will return next time we’re in Cities. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff were great.

There was someone being extremely loud on the 5th floor. They were banging on the door and yelling at 2:45 and 4:15 in the morning! Woke me out of my sleep twice!

Room was super clean and well organized. Comfy love seat for tv viewing. Breakfast was fast and tasty with a to go option to eat in room. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were just right. Weight of bedding was not to heavy and not to light, just right.

Rooms were large and modern, hotel was in a convenient location. Starbucks on site was a perk as well.

Only thing I would change would be to add a microwave to the room.
