The breakfast was great, the staff did a good job of keeping it stocked when it got really busy. Hotel was clean.

Our second night, the key didn’t work. We had to go down to the desk 3 times because the keys they kept giving us didn’t work. They called maintenance, but wr waited about 10+ minutes for them to get there and we had to go to the desk again and ask for help because they didn’t so. Sure enough, they came immediately after the 5th time and got us in. It was just frustrating cause we were tired and ready to relax and it seemed like it was more trouble than it needed to be to get us a working key. Also, the main light in our room did not work. We tried flipping it on as soon as he checked in and realized it was broken. Hopefully we aren’t charged for that.

Room was clean and everything worked! Shower worked well and the tub drain did, too. Really clean everything. Bed comfortable and breakfast super. We were in MN for a doctor appointment and I told the staff that I was very impressed by our hotel stay so they could tell other out-of-town patients. Mentioned, too, to a knit store in Edina. Pleasantly surprised and I’ve traveled a lot.

The door entry system wasn’t working well which the front desk person was sympathetic and helpful with.

This hotel was perfect! Close to mall, clean, comfy beds. Breakfast was great. Only complaint was pancakes were only on weekends. Parking was easy and plentiful.. Pool was clean Hotel is older but well maintained and clean Close to stores, Trader Joe's, Marshall's and ExxonMobil gas. Perkins in walking distance as well.

Elevator was very slow on weekends when busy

The location was easy to come and go. It was clean and the staff were helpful. It was nice that there was a business center for printing. The pool was clean and a decent size.

Only 1 elevator was working and there wasn't ice on our floor. It made for some long trips to the ice machine.

All of the staff we ran into throughout our stay were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and it was very quiet even though it was a very busy weekend. The kids swam in the pool. The pool area was clean and the water was warm. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

I've stayed for 9 days and had asked two days in a row to have room cleaned and close to the end of my stay it got cleaned.

I liked the location, went to the wrong hotel first and they were way too fancy for having kids there. Found this hotel and it was perfect.

I think they didn't have trays at breakfast but that was all

the breakfast was great and had a lot of variety! the pool was a perfect temperature and the staff was super friendly! the thing we liked most about our hotel was that it was in the perfect location. pretty close to everywhere we wanted to go and in a very nice area !

Excellent breakfast!! I need protein to start my days and was thrilled to see scrambled eggs and sausage as an option. My kid loved the pancakes! Clean room. Friendly staff.

Pillows were too squishy

I felt my car was safe for my entire trip away. Staff was super friendly. I could walk to the grocery store and restaurants. The driver was there to drop me off and pick me up from the airport. No issues at all.
