I liked the quick check in and out. I liked the roominess of the room. I hardly ever heard a neighboring guest staying there. I felt safe and secure staying at your hotel.

I was just disappointed at the restaurant, Lela, one morning when I wanted breakfast. It was supposed to be open according to their posted hours. And when I asked the Front Desk, they didn't know exactly when they were going to open. She said the "chef is there", but it was 7:00 am, and it wasn't open yet. I had to find a place outside to open. There were no other options in the building.

We were there for Saturday night and the restaurant was closed on Sunday. That was disappointing. The first room that we had was very nice and clean, but the walls were so thin, that we could hear the kids in the next room rough-housing, so we asked to change to another room. The front desk was always very nice and accommodating. There is no pool or spa or anything extra. It is just a hotel room for the night.

The restaurant was closed on Sundays and we didn't get to have breakfast or brunch.

This hotel always exceeds expectations and I always look forward to coming back. The hotel could be busy but never feels like it, from the beautiful lobby to the friendly staff, to the fact that it’s pet friendly, everything is superb.

The wifi could be better but we were in a corner room so it was a bit expected

Don’t like taking the elevator to the first floor. Although this is not a big deal. ALSO the coffee bar in the morning was not adequate for this property. You need huge improvement here. Have coffee and light breakfast for sale every day. Not the restaurant. Improve here our all choose another when I’m in the Twin Cities.

we were there over Thanksgiving week end. we stayed on a club room floor. coffee machine in the club room didn’t work as it needed to be filled. no breakfast as it has been in the past. everything was closed. the bar and restaurant were not open. if we had known this before we went, we would have stayed at another location.

The Lela restaurant was had a very good menu, and the food was exceptional. The waiter staff were curious and friendly. Would recommend to colleagues, even those not staying at the Hotel

The hot water took too long to come out of the tap Mainly the shower which needed a sweet spot to get any hot water. No other comments related to the room.

Cora and Steve at the front desk were amazing, I got a flat tire and Steve got me the number of a tow company and they were fixing the flat in 15 minutes great customer service. Todd the bartender at Lela was a lot of fun. The food at Lela was outstanding

No housekeeping on a regular basis, while we understand there is a worker shortage we did not feel we should need to ask for housekeeping, the bar at Lela was only open until 10pm, we saw other restaurants also had this 10 pm close so maybe its the law?

It’s beautiful inside. Very nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and modern. Beds are comfortable. Very enjoyable experience. I didn’t bring my dog but wished I had because they’re dog friendly.

Two of our three rooms did not have outside windows. The windows overlooked the lobby. The Starbucks was not open when we wanted coffee.
