I loved everything about this hotel. Staff was amazing across the board, room was very nice and comfortable. Loved access to the bar and location was great. We will definately be staying again. Thank you for the great weekend

The Hilton was convenient to visit places around the city, great location. The parking was free and close to the hotel. The gym was open 24 hours and the pool was clean and open late. Fresh towels were easily accessible.

Having a more affordable family restaurant on the property would have been a plus.

Staff were superb and very accommodating - able to handle all requests very quickly. Food (dinner and breakfast) was wonderful - some of the best I had throughout my trip.

Only minor thing was some confusion on my bill - charged for breakfast despite it being included in my room. However, this was resolved swiftly after my trip.

Maybe add a bit of carpet deorderizer after cleaning. A lot of hotel rooms have a slight mildewy smell due to carpet cleaning i believe. It was very slight and not overwhelming.

The location was perfect for what we were going there for. My boyfriend and I couldn't have had a better place to spend our anniversary at. We stayed there mainly for the free breakfast (as my boyfriends request) along with the great reviews and it exceeded our expectations.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about it. It was absolutely beautiful and had everything they said they did. We will definitely be back again whenever we're back in the area and recommend to others!

Very clean, and room service/housekeeping was impeccable! We asked for extra towels, and they were fast about it!

We didn't know that there was a certain package that you had to pay extra for "free breakfast".

The hotel is convenient to everything!!!Mall of American was a 6 minute drive, lots of food options and easy access to the highways.

It took us an hour to get towels after we offered to come down. They also charge $6 for a maybe $2 bottle of life water so BEWARE!!!! I’ve stayed at way fancier and prover hotels who didn’t charge such a ridiculous amount for water. Front desk didn’t seem very friendly per say to say we were at a Hilton. Subpar service to be honest.

Wonderful hotel. I stay here every time I come to Bloomington. The front desk staff is the best! Even the other guests were so friendly. The rooms are great size. The beds are so comfortable. And the bathrooms are great as well. Everything is super clean. I won't ever stay anywhere else.

Location and facilities were great. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. Did not use restaurant.

Everything was well maintained and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have no complaints. I was staying there the night before knee replacement surgery and then after the surgery I also stayed there and they were great! The rooms and beds were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Additionally, room service was delicious and if we needed anything, we just called down to the front desk and they promptly brought it to us. I would definitely stay here again!
