decent sized, friendly staff, pet friendly

our room was missing the shower head which made it difficult to shower

ESA hotel that I made a reservation for was overbooked so there was no room when I got there. The one they sent me to had oatmeal and energy bars for breakfast. Staff was out smoking twice when I went to check-in and check-out.

Good location for my trip and reasonable cost.

The room is old. The door had distortion and was hard to close and open.

The property was easy to find.

I showed up after the 3p check in time. I was told they were fully booked even after I stated I had a reservation. The carpet in the lobby was visibly not vacuumed. Was told all the extended stay properties were fully booked. Was told a room could be available if I returned after 7p. I left and decided to book with a different hotel. I cancelled my reservation but now have a pending charge on my credit card.

The night staff don’t work at opening doors! No dishes like they advertise. Creepy people that stay there. Almost thought I was checking into a trap house. Halls where dirty and nasty stuff all over the hallway floors. Tub wasn’t cleaned and neither where the sheets! Not what I expected for the money or for the hotel.

We liked location. It was close to the airport ,downtown and the mall of America. The kitchenette was decent for a long stay. There was plenty of parking but only outside. That is everything good about this hotel as you can see it's not very much.

We arrived at the hotel we were told there would be no breakfast. We had booked the hotel in May and had received no notification about breakfast being canceled. After one night we had to switch rooms, this never should've happened because we booked the room in May. The hotel was not very well managed. The room had a table but no chairs and a kitchen but no utensils. We had to ask for utensils to be brought up to out room. There were scratches on furniture and the paint was chipped. Our toilet didn't even work properly! We stayed at the hotel for 1 1/2 weeks but the room was NEVER cleaned. I've noticed this is a tendency after the COVID pandemic. Apparently it's to stop the spread of the virus. I think it's just an excuse for bad service. On top of this when we asked for new sheets they never gave us the new sheets. This place is a week excuse for a hotel.
