Cleanliness, decor, overall large place. Matt was very helpful & friendly. Liked that there are 2 pools and access to places (coffee place) via the Skywalk. Included garage parking was great! Good location to get to Canal Park.

Not in your control but the street that the garage entrance is on is scary. We had a view of it from our room and witnessed some "interesting" goings on. Nothing worthy of 911. Didn't feel we could walk to Canal Park even though it was within walking distance.

Great location, staff and rooms. If you’re pool party people you’ll be happy - we had an early morning start and needed a early night. Pool is in a central atrium surrounded by many floors or room entrances. Saturday during high season was like going to a water polo contest with 50-100+ screaming kids. If you need quiet make sure you book accordingly. Staff was pleasant but couldn’t re-room us. They were fairly prompt about the 10pm closing time for the pool/hot tub but the loud groups hung out for nearly another hour around the closed gates…just outside our room door.

Two things, 1. The air conditioner made a popping noise every 5 minutes. Very annoying, especially when trying to sleep. 2. Charge $15 additional, on a prepaid room when we checked in. That charged showed up immediately, however, the reimbursement of that charges which we were told we would get-back when we checked out, has still not shown up, 72 hours later.

Spacious room, clean and well furnished gym, great location, friendly and accommodating staff.

Our room was on the 10th floor with 8th floor pool below and it was very, VERY loud at times. (Not the hotel's fault) It does get very pricey on the weekends.

Really enjoyed the location - I booked this hotel for its close vicinity to an appointment I had downtown and everything was in walking distance.

The way the hotel is laid out, walking from the elevator to the room and having to smell the pool every time was not great. The noise from the pool was also very loud. Very glad that it shut at 10pm. Our bathroom also didn't have hooks on the door and was in need of a bit of tlc.

Our stay was good. Room was good, pool looked good although we did not have time to use it. There was a conference going on so there were lines at the restaurant so we didn't eat there. Overall good! We really liked having the option of two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. That worked great for three travelers.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. Everything was fine.

I've never seen a stainless steel pool before, it was very nice and clean. The front desk was very hospitable and parking was ideal. We requested a room nearest the parking area and they were more than able to accommodate our need. We came for a family medical procedure, so the location was ideal being only 5 minutes away from the hospital. The hotel (directly) offers a medical rate if you contact them. We would definitely use this facility again.

We drove our truck and forgot that there was a potential for ramp parking and we barely fit! But our fault not the properties. the other part was that I think we were placed next to a pool because we had a child, but instead of going swimming we were kept up until the pool closed at 10pm because of noise of pool-goers.

The pool was nice and conveniently located across from our room. The hotel is attached to a public parking garage, that was a major deciding factor as to where to stay as we were driving a convertible.

Breakfast cost extra, for the price of these rooms it should be free. Snacks in the lobby were very high priced - they made a convenience store seem like a bargain. When we first ventured out of the hotel on Superior street on Friday afternoon, the first thing we saw was a scroungy man urinating on the side of the hotel building. Judging by the looks of the sidewalk this happens somewhat frequently. Other than that, its a nice hotel, but way overpriced in my opinion.

The location, the staff, the commute to the local canal park was nice especially the connection to the skywalk was very nice.

The only thing I didn't like was there was a dirty towel left in the bathroom.
