The beds were super comfortable. In fact, I was going to inquire re the mattreses as we are purchasing a new one. Our view was stunning! it looked over the water and at night the lights on the bridge and everything were spectacular that we never closed the curtains. We loved being able to go for a bike ride, letting the kids play on the sport court area. They loved the hot tub and pool and the area to just sit was gorgeous. And the kids looked forward to smores every night. We loved Pier B and have been bragging you up to everyone.

The food at adjoining restaurant could have been a little better. We ordered their shrimp dinner and it came very fishy tasting. They comped us on that, tho, so the people were great to work with. Also, the flies in the restaurant were a lot tokeep swishing away.

What a fun, relaxing, beautiful, place to stay! The grounds are lovely. It was fun watching the kids (and adults) riding the pedal go carts on the courts. There is something for everybody! The Wednesday evening concert by The Reckoning was an added bonus. They were great! And I cannot say enough about the staff. Everyone, from the front desk to the bartenders to the wait staff to the grounds keepers were exceptional. Jeffery came and talked to us for a half hour during the concert and we consider him to be a new friend! I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Our only concern was that the King ADA room was on the 4th floor. I cannot walk or stand and my power wheelchair weighs 400 pounds. If there was a fire or other emergency that caused a need to evacuate, I would be toast - literally. We have twice stayed in hotels where the accessible rooms were on other than the first floor and when we got ready to leave in the morning the elevators out of service. That does cause undue stress and delays ( it once took almost 8 hours to get the problem resolved and we had to rearrange reservations for the next two nights, at our expense. Not to mention being stuck on our floor and in our room ALL day!).

We loved the location and the fact that Canal Park was easily within walking distance. Our room was on the 2nd floor and I remember hearing someone in the hallway only one time, and that was during the day, so it’s very quiet. We loved having the balcony, just wished the weather would have cooperated so we could have enjoyed it more.

The only thing that comes to mind is that my wife and I noticed house keeping folding some towels on the hallway floor then putting them on the cart to most likely to go into rooms.

Location, location, location!!! Absolutely fabulous view of the ships going to and from, is a short 7-10min walk to canal park on the boardwalk, is across from an outdoor venue where concerts are held and has great outdoor entertainment. There is also a free shuttle that will take you almost anywhere you want to go (within reason of course).

There were several inconsistencies with the information given at check-in with amenities and requirements for wristbands. I only wish check out was at 1200 noon.

Property is on the water along the inner harbor. We had a great view of the Aerial Lift Bridge to watch it go up & down to let ships in & out of harbor or cars to drive across. We could watch the small boats & huge tankers sail by. Free hotel shuttle to us to and picked us up from restaurants & airport. Fire pits and s’mores in the evening right along the water’s edge. Short walk along waterside walking trail to Canal Park area with many restaurants & shops

The price per day was extremely high & the Beds were not as comfortable as expected-so did not rest that well.

..We were greeted by the check in staff with great smiles. Nicole helped up and was so friendly... the room was nice and clean ..love the barn style doors.on the bathroom.. the hottub was nice and clean we love thel views over looking the lake.. the smors and the evening fire was a nice touch .and the all America breakfast was fantastic and filling.. it was a great way to kick off our summer and my count down to 50

Nothing to complain about..good thing we went to the hottub early . we drove 4 hours so we tought to relax as soon as we arrived just after check in... after dinner it was packed with young people ..not the nice couple that was in before .. it was like a big hot tub party.. as i say no complaints as this is what they came to do.. hence were able to enjoy other features

Room and facility was great, food at the Silo was well prepared and very good

The staff at the front desk was unhelpful I wanted to extend my stay and they would not help they said go to booking.com The silo has great food We had 4 meals there and wait staff acted like we were an interruption to their day and they were not very busy and did not return and ask for more drinks etc

The staff were excellent and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was clean and bright and everything worked great. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. I loved the smores kit that they desk handed out at night. The hot tub view and space is amazing.

Unfortunately there was a wedding party that dominated the patio and fire pits and so it made it difficult for the rest of the guests to enjoy the area. They could have provided a free breakfast for what we paid for the room. Even bagels and juice would have been easy. Also the city needs to open up the pedestrian bridge even if there is a concert so we could walk to the harbor easier.

It is a nice hotel and the rooms were big and comfortable. If you are with a family it had a lot of activities such as bikes to rent, basketball court, and fire pits.

The TV only had Dish service. I would think a resort would have more options and possibly smart TV so one could watch netflix, etc... There was no way to buy small snacks such as nuts, chips, juice, etc... One could walk to the nearest store but it would be nice not to have to leave the resort.
