Offer gluten free choices. However toaster is the same as regular bread so would be nice if they still had individual packaged muffins/bagels, rather than the gf bread that people reached into and who knows if hands were clean!. Staff in kitchen were somewhat indifferent when I asked them to clarify the gf options, almost like it was extra work for them. The rest of staff were friendly. I’d contacted the hotel prior to booking and they’d told me there were multiple gf choices so I knew to ask.

Shuttle wasn’t running second day due to scheduled maintenance, this was sent in a text after check in was completed

Great accommodations at the marina. The room was lovely with 2 queen size beds. Just a short walk to the Canal District. We had no idea what a gem of a find this would be and will definitely stay there again. Excellent buffet breakfast included.

The wifi was very difficult to connect to. We were asked by the staff to “forget this network”, then turn off our phone and restart. We had to do this several times during our stay. We had more success getting the login in screen to appear (so that we could enter the password) when at the front desk but not much success when in our room. To be quite honest, free wifi access, when offered by the hotel, should be a no brainer and it shouldn’t find its way to a “didn’t like list”.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Nice feature to have our own balcony with a real door, not a sliding door. Hotel is very quiet and exquisitely decorated.

Really cheap toilet paper. Come on, seriously? Hairdryer had to be replaced as it wasn't working and we ended up leaving with wet hair, due to how long it took. Same breakfast every single day. That got old quick. Microwave is so cheap it wouldn't make popcorn. No towel service at the room, seemed like a budget hotel having to bring all of the used ones down to the front desk. Cheesy. My room partner fell on a slippery mat coming in from the rain one evening - all the way down on his back with his head in the shrubbery and the heavy set, longer haired guy at the desk couldn't have cared less. We wouldn't stay here again. Want more bang for our buck in a pricey hotel.

Very nice breakfast, comfortable rooms with great views. TV channel selection was solid, coffee was delicious, and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a bit on the pricey side - but I believe we got good value.

We arrived for check-in shortly after the indicated opening time of 4 pm; however, our rooms were still being cleaned. That being said, the hotel receptionist was apologetic and very courteous- ensuring we knew exactly when the rooms would be available a short while later.

The room was just as pictured. It was very clean and well kept. The bathroom was a great size. The windows looking into the harbor was large. It has everything we could need. The staff even called shortly after we checked in to see if everything was going aright. The breakfast was better than any other continental breakfast I’ve had at another hotel. The staff was friendly. Nothing but good things to say!

The only thing that could have been better was the carts to bring luggage to and from the room.

the Inn is in a an excellent location a short walk across the bridge to canal street but enough way to be out of the commotion. They were great with communicating through text and email. There was a shuttle that ran frequently, which we didn’t use but saw lots of people taking advantage of it. Views of the harbor were outstanding and they accommodated us asking for a top floor.

WiFi didn’t work well but wasn’t a big deal. The room was kind of stuffy and dry. Bed was quite firm, which wasn’t terrible but could be problematic to those with sensitive backs. Water pressure in the shower was pretty low. None of these things would have kept us from coming back though.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Comfortable beds, nice sized room, nice layout. Friendly staff, nice lobby and dining area. Loved the warm lemon towels, hot coffee, smores night. Beautiful view from room, great location.

Lack of maid service was tough. We were there for 4 nights and trash cans were filling up. Bathroom was getting a bit messy despite our attempts to clean. We understand why...covid. But it was getting uncomfortable to come back to a room not restored to a clean state. Also more towels upon arrival would be nice. We made do with what we had.

Park Point Marina Inn is located within walking distance of the Aerial Lift Bridge, Bayfront Park, Beaches, and many restaurants on Lake Ave. Park Point Marina provides a daily newsletter, Park Point Gazette, that provides daily update of the ship arrivals and departures. One of our highlights was being present to see an Iron Ore Ship arrive. Love the breakfast!

We loved everything! We might even return!

It was clean. Breakfast was better than most motel breakfasts

Paid extra for a “marina view with a balcony”. We got a first floor room. Couldn’t see the marina very good if you were sitting due to the balcony bars. Not much of a view and definitely not worth the extra money. Lots of people walking by our patio. Just assumed a balcony room meant 2nd or 3rd floor. Guess we should have asked.🤷‍♀️

Whole hotel from lobby to room to car park and play area was very clean. All staff I encountered, desk, breakfast, cleaners were attentive and very pleasantly mannered. Room was well appointed. Harbour view was a delightful addition worth the extra room rate.

No restaurant was a disadvantage altho there's several very good places within 15 mins walk, that's not always suitable with Minnesota weather. Obviously the location (waterfront) drives the price up, to book a room without the view I feel would be expensive given that there was only $40 difference at the time we stayed.
