The beds were comfortable, there was a fridge and microwave in the room, and you could control the temp of your room (and actually make the air conditioning cold). Free and easy parking was nice!

The bathroom is outdated (but not horrible), the shower water temp would go from hot to cool constantly, the ice machine was out on our floor.

The room,view. The food was wonderful in the Bar,room service and restaurant at the top. We had a excellent dinner in restaurant up top. Great service,great food. Our waiter was excellent his name Tony. We will keep coming back and recommend the RADISSON to many. We spent our Honey moon at the RADISSON 44 years ago. We moved away for 40 years and now we have come back to retire in wi. So we plan to celebrate our anniversary every year at the duluth RADISSON.

Would have liked room service meal to have been on real glass dishes or at least have an option to have it a little more fancy than brought like fast tood delivery. Would be fine with paying for the option. There was NO dresser to put our things,clothes. So had to leave things out or still in suit case the whole stay. The desk light could have been brighter. 🤔

The room was comfortable and the location was good for where we wanted to go. I liked the Keurig in the room.

The website warned that some services were limited, due to Covid, but I thought there would be at least be a cafe on premises that would be open. My friend and I didn't necessarily want to drive to get food and I thought a hotel as large as the Radisson would have at least something open. Unfortunately we were out of luck since we stayed on a Monday night. Next time I will call ahead and make sure something's open inside the hotel. And we did not want room service for breakfast. We ended up walking a long distance in the cold for dinner the evening we stayed.

The rotating restaurant up top was cool and the location in town was nice.

Pool was always busy, didn't get a room in the main building. Our room had scratches all over the mirror and stains on the ceiling. Beds were a little hard.

The location is superb. It was clean and comfortable, and still a quiet room despite being downtown Duluth.

Because of the shape of the building, the bathroom was a bit unwieldy. No breakfast due to staffing shortages was a huge bummer, and parking availability was a bit tough if arriving at the wrong time.

The location was great and beautiful scenery.

The morning restaurant crew need an attitude adjustment…we waited for over 10 minutes and no came and waited on us…. So we left and checked out…

Everything we did was within walking distance. Beautiful hotel and the Apostle supper club was amazing and the food was divine.

Very easy to get to, and it was a relaxing stay. The view from our room was beautiful.

A lot of the facilities showed their age. The rooms, elevators, hallways, and walls could use a pick me up.

Friendly staff great view of Duluth my wife and I liked the retro styled lobby, pretty much the same from over 30 years ago it was a nice step back in time.

One of only two elevators broke down, and the operating elevator sounded like it was on its last leg. We had very long wait times so my wife and I took the stair well instead. Also to much rift raft hanging in the upper parking lot at night that should be monitored little better.
