Location was great for our visit. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very helpful.

Price going up $100 more for Friday night was not a good value. The property was maybe half full. I understand some price increase for weekend lodging is normal, but that kind of increase is excessive. Even though we like the hotel it will likely not be our choice next visit.

The room was CLEAN. I HOPE it stays that way. If it does, we will keep coming back. Duluth hotels, for some reason, have problems with cleaning rooms and it is so disheartening. The room was clean, the hotel itself was clean. Everything was just right. 10 stars for the cleaning staff!

The price was ridiculous. We would go back more often if the price was more reasonable. This was a special occasion so we "splurged." But we won't do that again. It was the only reason we didn't give it a 10.

The breakfast was good. The selection was good. The property was clean and updated overall.

The pool was too chlorinated and led to coughing and eye irritation. The pool surface (walls and floor) was rough to the touch.

It was clean with large and brightly illuminated rooms. I could adjust the lighting which is great for those of us with vision impairments. The bed was comfortable with 2 pillows per side of the bed.

No complaints at all from me.

Amazing hotel! Very clean, spacious.

I checked in right away, gave me a room number so I went to that number, used my card for the door scan, it worked and opened the door. However, someone else had just gotten to the hotel and already got the room, I almost walked in to there privacy ( door latch was on ) but the staff fixed the situation right away and all was good. Small little error.

I don’t want this to be public but for the price this is by far the nicest place to stay in the whole area unless you rent a condo thanks for having nice clean affordable rooms that make sense with nice curtains and a decent shower head I don’t ask or use much in a hotel and you have it the only complaint that I didn’t notice until this survey was the view but that doesn’t matter

Staff was wonderful. Especially Connor, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely awesome, best breakfast we've had.

Price was a little steep and the hot tub was out of order.

The facility was well maintained. Very modern and sleek look. The bathroom was clean. Staffs were friendly. Breakfast was great. Could add more varieties. Definitely would stay again.

Price is too high for most family travel or someone on a fixed income. Room we asked for wasn't provided and we had to accept a lesser room.

Not a fan of the coffee at the hotel, had a bitter aftertaste, but I found a caribou and got my caffeine fix 😁
