Breakfast, Pool, and layout of motel was great. For the most part room was clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Fire pit outside was a nice touch. Breakfast was outstanding.

Curtains were soiled. Carpet was soiled probably from regular wear. Mattress was soft at the edge. I had to sleep in the center of it to get some support.

Breakfasts were excellent, grandkids loved the waterside and pool although the water was chilly, we loved the hot tub and the laundry room, comfortable beds.

Pool was cold and there wasn't even minimal housekeeping like emptying garbages and picking up wet towels. 2 tiny garbage cans filled quickly with 3 little boys.

All front desk personnel was very friendly and accommodating. We had to keep extending our stay as we were in town to visit an ill family member in the hospital.

The older lady in charge of breakfast was very snappy and liked to start cleaning it up 15 min before it was supposed to be over. She would tap her watch and tell us to hurry up. Very unprofessional.

The water slide is a lovely addition to the pool area. We enjoyed having access to the dining area for our meals and sitting around the fire pit in the front.

We were just driving through the area and it was a little bit of a distance off our route but I think it was worth it for the price plus the pool and hot tub.

the property was very clean, rooms were nice size and comfortable. swimming pool has a fun slide for the kids. and a great breakfast in the mornings!

The pool could of been a bit warmer water was pretty chilly and maybe some sort of net by the top of the pool by the railings, just set my anxious momma heart at ease a little bit more.

Upon arriving we were greeted by friendly employees who informed me immediately that the pool was undergoing maintenance and may not be open at all for the duration of our stay. I really appreciated this, as it gave me time to find a different hotel with an open pool. I loved that the staff were not bound and gagged (masked) and how accommodating they were when we decided to stay at a different hotel. I also greatly appreciated the lack of fear-mongering signs and how the staff were not power-tripping tyrants, something our second hotel had in abundance. In hindsight, after experiencing a different hotel, I wish we had stayed with our original choice; even without an operational pool it would have been a better weekend for us.

I booked this hotel specifically for the pool and waterslide amenities. I have two young children and since this was a family weekend getaway, this feature was the main reason we were staying and our only source of entertainment. I understand that sometimes maintenance issues come up unexpectedly, but it sounded as if it had been scheduled, and I wonder if maybe it could have been planned for a different part of the week (not the weekend when families are most often traveling). We were disappointed, but this will not deter us from trying out the Country Inn & Suites at another point in time.

Breakfast was great. We went during a holiday weekend (July 4) so it was very busy. Hot food (bakon/eggs) came out slower. The lines were long for waffles. Great breakfast overall. Pool was great and many families came out to enjoy it between 7-8 pm. We were in there for 2 hours since the kids had so much fun!

I had a wedding to attend. Stayed the night before early flight.

Shuttle doesn't start early enough, flights are already gone. I was told on the telephone by staff at the hotel that I would have a shuttle to the airport and when I checked in I was told that I was leaving too early for the shuttle.

My kids loved the pool and the waterside. It was a very relaxing and much needed trip.

Broken floor tiles in bathroom, stains all over carpet and curtains, very rusty sprinkler in bathroom, sink in the bathroom had a hard time draining

We like the helpful, friendly staff, the pool area and workout room, and the outdoor patio with firepit. We also liked the quiet neighborhood and location of the property.

Elevator and stairs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed for months. There was litter in our hallway that was never picked up during our stay. It made the place look dirty.
