The food was absolutely delicious. Basic bistro menu but done very very well. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I felt truly like they'd do anything for me. Bed was so comfy, rooms were quiet, shower hot, pool area clean and open for ages. Everywhere was really clean and tidy. Metro line was really close. Rooms were a comfortable temperature.

I would have like more options for drinks in the room, as a tea drinking English person, just a coffee machine hurt my feelings! Hot chocolate would have been a nice touch too! It would have been nice to have room service available. I would have liked shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the pool changing room showers, was a bit annoying to get dry and dressed to go and have a shower in my room! I prefer a duvet with a closed cover, quite often woke to have the duvet separated from the flat sheet.

I had a room at the end of the hall. It was a beautiful view from curved wall out over the city. Very spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, bathroom large. Very modern. Elevator service was always fast, and noise was minimal.

I've stayed at Mariott properties before. Would like to have had better personal care items, like lotion. What was there was just average. I also found that the light bar under the tv didn't work, just flickered. And the reading light on the side of bed closest to the door didn't work. That was where I would have read, but had to move to far side of bed. I didn't report this because I wasn't staying long.

Property was in an ideal location and the staff was exceptional

Parking was the only negative about this property….couldn’t believe after spending the amount of money for the room that I had to pay over $20 per day to park my vehicle near the hotel. Couldn’t believe the property didn’t have a relationship with the attached parking structure….bush league!

We attended the Minnesota Fringe Festival, and the hotel was ideally located close to the venues. We also appreciated the fitness center and the pool.

While daily maid service is not necessary, it would be nice to have enough coffee for each day. The desk clerk gladly got us some when we asked, but we felt we were intruding.

I don’t know what you can do but the two nights that I stayed, the hallway was so noise. From 1-3:00AM were the noisiest. I didn’t know if I should call the desk? I have never experienced that before where it was two nights in a row. Also, downtown Minneapolis comes with its challenges. Many of local establishments are closed and run down.

Location was fine, would have preferred to be across the highway in the more immediate downtown area. Had to Uber every day as it was a little longer walk (and cooler weather, not your fault) than I expected. Breaskfast was adequate. Enjoyed the salmon entree on the dinner menu. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating across the board. Lobby area was spacious and comfortable. Rooms were clean, comfortable, plenty of outlets. There is a great local brewery right next door. Recommend the walleye tacos!

This was a quick, no nonsense business trip, attending a conference. For what I needed on this trip, everything was truly ok. Breakfast was not a great value and just average, at least among the hot offerings. In the immediate area, no other nearby breakfast options without crossing the highway into downtown. There might have been an option a few blocks away the other direction but didn't feel that comfortable walking around on my own.

Very nice hotel with a luxurious feel.

Parking in the adjacent ramp is very expensive. It would be great if the hotel had a deal for residents. In the end we parked on the street for two nights which was free from 10pm to 8am. The aircon in the room is quite loud (not due to a fault in the device we thought) and couldn't be left on at night making the room too warm.

Property was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Other guests were incredibly loud in the hallways at all hours until our last night.

Parking while staying at the hotel should be free not $25 a day.

Perfect location, not right downtown but at walkable distance. Right by the Mississippi river so I was able to do some sightseeing. The hotel looked modern and clean. The receptionists were nice enough to provide dining options and lend me an iphone cord when I needed.

Not the hotel's fault, but there was a high school trip during my stay with at least 50 teenagers, so hallways were loud and there was constant traffic in the elevator.

Super clean, amazingly comfortable beds, awesomely friendly staff, pool water was clean and temperature was perfect, not too cold.

One elevator was uncooperative, not really much choice in shopping or restaurants within 10-12 minutes walk.
