Good location in downtown; 24 hour access was convenient for my activities. Room's amenities were good.

Room must have been near a mechanical room - air conditioning felt weak, and during the last few nights there was a loud droning noise.

Location was convenient for our trip destinations, such as Target Field and restaurants. Spacious two room suite.

Inadequate parking, especially during sporting event when event goers parked in spots already paid for by residents. Not convenient to have to request fresh linen and towels if you are only staying three nights because there was no way to dispose of used towels.

We love the location of this property. So close to Loring Park and the sculpture garden.

There is confusion about breakfast. I selected a rate that included breakfast, but the property said it could only be included if I booked directly with Hilton. They did reimburse us for one breakfast, but this is frustrating to offer it on Booking.com but then the property doesn't honor it.

Excellent, above & beyond desk help, esp with us parking our car there while we were flying out on vacation. Clean & very quiet Uber service was all lined up, we just clicked a link to let them know we were ready and then a week later that we'd arrived. So much easier than a bus service and they texted us, no number to try remember where you put it before you left!

The gentleman at the registration was polite and had a great attitude even tho he was swamped with people checking in. The other service desk people were respectful too and very helpful.

The quality of the breakfast was kind of bland

The room did have a good view and it was pretty clean. Also, the cookies they gave to us at check in were really good!

Had to pay for internet and parking. The parking was ok but the internet was not good at all. Wouldn't pay any extra for that. Also, very confusing on where to go in. There were no signs stating where entrance was.

The room was top notch. The facilities were great. I liked the fresh cookie at check-in. Guest services allowed me to check out a little later than normal. We were also able to keep the car parked in their parking garage past check-out without incurring an additional $30 fee

Parking was $30 a night which seemed a bit steep. I would have loved to have more room service options, especially late at night but it was understood that is a tough sell. The hotel itself was great but, next time, I'm going to choose to stay closer to the concert venues and/or sporting locations given the recent rise in civil unrest in the area.

I was nervous about staying here after reading the reviews but I needn’t have worried - the hotel was modern and clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, and quiet. check in and out was easy.
