We enjoy the living space being geared towards long term living. While our past couple of stays have only been one night each, the accommodations have been comfortable and clean, we had options to cook/heat things up at “home” and a fridge for drinks/snacks. Target is also close for last minute staples.

Check In instructions can be delayed or unclear. If you don’t receive the check in email, they are quick to respond and provide a replacement. The email does also include everything you need to get in but it’s a little unclear which code belongs to front door vs hotel room/apartment. Finally, you need to meet with a front desk agent/concierge to check in for elevator use so I could see unusual hours being problematic.

First, let me state the obvious - the location is perfect and whoever the decorator/designer is of the property interior (exterior front entry, lobby, elevator areas and hallyways) needs an aware because it's amazing and always smelled really nice! The unit itself was spacious, clean and modern, and that bed felt heavenly. The only suggestion I would have is that the lamps provide a little more lighting in the bedroom and when using the dryer, it didn't get hot ot stay on longer than 2 minutes. Other than that, enjoyed my stay. I've already told several people about the Mint House and hope to be back and find something similar in other cities!

I loved the location of Mint House, walking distance to many nice cafes and restaurants, Target, grocery stores etc. The views from the rooftop were incredible and staff was helpful. The decor and overall vibe of the space was great and the building amenities were tip top.

The pool was not open, and none of the sun beds were available yet which was a bummer since it was in the 70/80's that week and would have been so nice but we understand it's Minnesota and the weather this time of year is very hit or miss... We were really looking forward to using the barbecue on the roof but that wasn't working properly so we ended up using the indoor communal stove top which worked out fine and the staff was really cool about it. I must say, our bathroom was not as clean as I would have expected... I found quite a few hairs on the floor and in the shower. Seemed odd for this caliber of accommodation.

Location across from our convention hotel was perfect. Security made us comfortable in downtown area. Kitchen and serving dishes and utensils made it like home. Very well appointed..The young lady who checked me in was in a hurry on getting me into the apartment with very quick instructions (like she was in a hurry to get back downstairs - felt same way when she delivered remote batteries.

Bed was hard foam. Couch was a little uncomfy watching TV. Remote for TV had to be replaced twice. Could get live TV but not local channels. Hated Nespresso machine - limited instructions - I like weak regular coffee - wish had regular coffeemaker or Keurig.

The location is perfect, very central and feel very safe as well. The room setup is great, very clean, modern and have all necessities needed. The first day check in was very smooth and easy, the lady at reception took us to our room and explained how to use the fob p, etc. Sorry to forget asking her name. On our last day, we encountered extreme snow storm weather and we had to change flights and schedule. I asked for a late check out and the team promptly responded and approved. I really appreciated what extra support they provided to deal with the unexpected situations. Thanks a lot!

Loved the apartment! Beds were comfortable, clean bathrooms, everything you'd need in the kitchen too. Lounge area with pool and pool table, whole kitchen for hosting was perfect for our small after wedding get together. Perfect, perfect location downtown with easy walking to lots of restaurants and bars. And whoever did their interior decorating did a great job! I will definitely stay here again!!

This was a great location with all the amenities you could want. We walked, took the light rail, or rented bikes to get everywhere we wanted to go.

We had some issues with the washer, dishwasher, and lights. They were short staffed, so we weren’t able to talk to anyone at the property on the day we needed assistance. The corporate office was helpful though.

The location downtown was great, the room size was nice for 2 people and the bed was sooo comfy! Loved the huge window view and will definitely come back in the summer to take advantage of the roof top pool and sky club!

The only downfall was the parking, we did learn that the parking across the street with the music note mural was a better deal but we didn’t find out til our last night there so more communication on parking would be nice

confusion about booking confirmation/check in procedures. Confirmation emails with booking numbers were not sent to my email probably due to issues with booking.com. I was easily able to call and chat with someone with mint house though to sort out the problem, so it wasn't bad.
