Hampton Inn Hernando, MS

Hotel was great. The Customer Service Ladies were very kind and great at their jobs. Awesome staff who work hard and make the hotel a place where you would want to stay. The hotel has a great staff who sets the breakfast bar up and keeps it clean. Would stay there again.

The pool toys need to be replaced. They were in horrible condition and kids didn't need to use them in that condition. The pillows on the beds were uncomfortable and very flat and need new ones with more support. The waffles were great. The eggs, sausage and potatoes need to be better quality.

We had traveled from out of state to attend a family wedding. The hotel was so conveniently located to the venue, restaurants, and shopping! Also, it was very clean, had friendly staff & served a delicious breakfast in the morning.

Very clean, modern rooms. The staff was exceedingly friendly. I didn't eat breakfast there but the coffee on the breakfast bar was delicious. Overall a wonderful choice. Easily one of the best hotels I've ever booked. This will be my mainstay when visiting the area.

No complaints, everything was great!

They were soo accommodating! Im a healthcare traveler at the Delta Health hospital in Senatobia MS and I get off at 7am....even though checking in is at 300pm they let me in early. I have to be back on shift at 7pm. Angel and the other morning hostess [ im sorry I did not get her name] at the desk are awesome and very polite!! Beautiful hotel! Stayed for my second time on the Aug 23. Will be back on Aug 28 and 29!

everyone was very nice and seemed to actually do their job when cleaning the rooms after each guest! glad to know someone is finally doing their jobs. & the breakfast spread was awesome considering most hotels don’t do it right now.

This is really a nice hotel. Even on Christmas Day and with the Covid-19 restrictions we were able to accommodate ourselves ok within the property. The room was clean and problem free. And unlike other places we have stayed, we didn't have to get back in the car to get dinner. Breakfast was creative. Because of the virus situation they could not offer the breakfast usually provided. But a brown-bagged meal was provided consisting of a piece of fruit, a breakfast bar, and a muffin. Pretty good idea considering.

I really did not find anything that was wrong with this hotel. Maybe a little more of a selection in the hotel store would have been better, but it was satisfactory.

This was a great property! Easy to get to and very clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Complementary breakfast was very good as well, not just muffins and bagels.

Our front desk clerk, Angel, was extremely pleasant and went out of her way for Us.. Location was great as well as the free Breakfast. Also liked the brands of Shampoos and soaps.. overall good experience.

Angel and every one I've met has been exceptional and very helpful with a smile. Im a healthcare traveler in Senatobia and I get off at 7am. Im always able to check in early due to I have to be back to work by 1830 that same night. They are very understanding. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was pretty typical for a Hampton Inn. The room was very large and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The staff were excellent!
